Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks!
