He showed up and tried to tell me that the paint wasn't yellow at all! He refused to take responsibility and instead decided to make a scene, act a fool, shout at me and run to his truck to drive away. He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. Why - I'm so happy that Portland Auto Care ceramic coated our Airstream. It looks shiny and new like when we rolled it off the showroom floor 12 years ago. Benny is a meticulous master with a ton of experience - he learned auto care hanging out with his dad in the auto shop when he was "knee high to a grass hopper." Understand that I didn't disagree with the owner, he explained very well what needed to be done, how much work was involved and was very fair in the cost. But this was just a work truck and the damage didn't interfere with the operation and didn't look too bad. I just didn't see investing much in an older truck.
