I found these guys on Yelp and they had some great reviews. The guy I talked to on the phone and via email (John) was very nice and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work I wanted done. We set a date and time and things were going well. John called me the day before to confirm the visit and said my technician would be Raul and that he may run late since he had another job before mine. My slot was for a 10am-12pm arrival and John told me he Raul would likely arrive on the later side or maybe a bit after 12. No problem. On the day of, Raul left a message around 10am saying he would arrive in about 45min. Sounds good I thought. 1pm rolls around and no sign of Raul. I called him and he sounds kind of annoyed saying "didn't John tell you I'll be running late?" Yeah I said, but you called and told me you would arrive in 45min, 3 hrs ago. He tells me he is still doing a job in Redondo Beach (at 1pm). I said fine, but just let me know when you're done with that job so that I know you are on the way to me. Raul assures me that he will come to my place after his Redondo Beach job and we hang up. 3pm and no sign of Raul nor any contact from him. I try calling but his phone is not set up to accept voicemails. I then called John and left a message expressing my frustration, but that I still wanted to find a way to make things work. No call back, no reply. Real professional....NOT. so they basically wasted my entire day for nothing. And when it came time for actual work, totally no showed. I would definitely not recommend this place because: 1. Didn't keep their appointment and no showed on the day of 2. Unprofessional in their follow up - I gave them a chance to make things right even when they no showed and they didn't bother. read more

Gage was professional and the job that he did on our 2001 Acura CL Type S (large scrape on right side) and 2003 Lexus LX470 rear bumper cover corners and top (fading) was exemplary! Gage even called to let me know ahead of time that he would be a little late due to the traffice from Orange County! The work looks excellent, but as other's have said, time will tell. Initially, spoke to John who reached out via phone call, when I talked to him he was straight forward and explained the cost, which was exactly what was charged. I reached out to BumperBuddies for a quote to repair a few scratches and deep scrapes on both bumpers of my black Lexus. They were able to come out the next day to complete the repair. Alex showed up on time, did an excellent job sanding and repainting the bumpers and had my car looking like new. Even though it was an extremely windy day, where dust could easily impact the fresh paint, there were minimal "flecks." I will admit I was a bit scared when I came out to see the entire back end of the car sanded down to the base but I just decided it was better to walk away and wait to see. Had a nice case of a hit and run (Oh LA...) and came back to a nice big dent on my rear bumper. After wallowing in my sadness for a little bit, it had to be fixed. Looking at the dent made me sadder every time I saw it. So, I asked bumper buddies for a quote, found it much more reasonable than a body shop and decided to schedule a date. Mike and Gage came within 30 minutes of our scheduled 2 hour window (Awesome by the way), confirmed my quote and went to work. They ran into a little struggle at first (German engineering, it baffles all of us) but eventually got rolling. A few hours and conversations later and my bumper was back to looking how it should. Bill did a super fantastic job fixing my car. He's friendly , he was honest and funny and he made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Bill promised an 85% improvement but it was upwards of 95%. What was there is virtually gone and the only reason I see it is because I know it was there otherwise it's not a factor. So Bill was time his attitude was great and he does what he says he is going to. I wish I could give the same glowing review to whoever I dealt with on the phone trying to get someone to come out and fix my car.
