I wanted him to inspect my brakes and explained that my parking brake needed repair. I left my car and he told me he would call me when the car was completed. I received a call 2 hours later and was told my car was ready. He told me that my brakes were like knew and that nothing needed to be done. He took care of the parking brake and he helped me with some additional questions I had. The repair was fast and done at a reasonable rate. Well folks, I was lucky enough to find Minh and he will definitely be my new auto mechanic. His work ethic and honesty is hard to find these days, but I lucked out thanks to Yelp and my Yelp ohana.

To make things worse, it was an awful brake pad installation and I had to go back to get them redone by somebody else. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with anything car related. Minh is absolutely terrible and I cannot recommend him less for anybody who wants their car in a similar shape that they drop off.

Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I booked online, noted my concerns in the text box, and dropped my car off the next day. After checking in at the office, I walked Joey through my concerns and opted for a Post-Purchase Inspection. Joey sent over the findings quickly and gave me his honest, upfront opinion on what needed immediate attention before my trip versus what maintenance could wait until I reached my destination. He also provided a clear copy of the inspection quotes so there were no surprises. In the end, they completed the full inspection, replaced the car battery, and fixed a coolant leak for around $550+ (including taxes). I definitely recommend this shop! Pro-tip: Try to get there early in the day, as on-site parking and road traffic can get a bit hectic later on.

I brought in my Honda Ridgeline for an issue with my AC. Jason worked with me at the front-desk and went above and beyond to understand my issue and the troubleshooting I had already done. He explained to me CONCISELY what the feasible issue may be, and how they were going to approach a diagnosis. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, and followed up promptly to discuss the fix. Pedro was also exceptional. He found the issue (rodent-chewed wires) and repaired it perfectly. When I picked up my car, he was as excited as I was to have helped me. Before Miramar Auto, I took my truck to the Honda dealer, and they charged twice as much for a diagnosis, only to tell me that I would need a new compressor (incorrect diagnosis) and that it would cost twice as much as I ended up paying out the door at Miramar auto. I couldn't believe how easy Miramar Auto made it. To say that Jason, Pedro, and Miramar Auto are honest, fair, and made me feel taken care of... would be an understatement. They have rightfully earned another lifelong customer. Thank you Miramar Auto!

The car drove great when I finally got it back, but I simply felt it took way too long to complete the work.

These guys are amazing. Unfortunately I have had to take our brand new Grand Cherokee in there twice in 3 months. My wife then mother in law closed the garage door on it and damaged it pretty good both times. This is the 5th time I have used them in 2 years and their work is just as good if not better then the factory. My Tahoe has been hit a couple times and I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. They are so quick and easy to deal with; all of our work was done the same day too. I will guarantee that you won't find better rates anywhere in Southern California. Most of my business is done through referrals and I refer all of my friends and family to these guys and every time they make me look like a genius. I just referred my neighbor to them and he bought me dinner. He was so appreciative and he wanted to somehow repay me for introducing him to them and saving him so much money. I am not a big yelper; this is only my second time but they have taken care of me so many times this is the least I can do. I have a family and accidents happen that your never prepared for but these guys help alleviate a lot of the stress in those difficult times. Hopefully this helps just one person or a couple for that matter in those difficult times. It's tough to find good, dependable and affordable help these days and if you use these guys you will find all of this and more I promise you that. read more

My experience with accident pros has been so incredible from when i first called to see if they had any available spots for estimates i was greeted by a very friendly and understanding rep. after they gave me a very fair quote and they went ahead and took my car in right away i was already upset because of someone getting me with a hit and run, accident pros eased my pain by letting me know that i didn't have to wait around for a week for my car to get repaired like other shop shops that make you wait that long, it took only one day to get my car repaired and painted! I was so happy. Im recommending accident pros to all my friends and my family members to this shop they are honest and genuinely care about making the costumer have a good experience through bad times. My Audi S5 has brought me so much joy over the time I've had her so you can imagine my heart break when some jerk ran into my parked car at the store. Lucky for me that after going to a couple places to to get estimates done I settled on this shop, since they offered me a great deal. I had a genuinely fun time chatting with the gentlemen while I received my estimate. Felipe the manager explained a ton about what would be done to my car and made sure that I was all taken care of. The damage to my bumper and quarter panel were pretty bad but they finished it in 2 days! Now I can drive my beauty feeling like she's all new again. Brought in my Challenger to repair the front end from a small accident, along with fixing some dings and marks on the sides. Steven and the guys were amazingly friendly & helpful. The front was repaired and squared away tight-as-a-drum. The re-painted side panels look incredible. I had a grey metal flake paint that looked like it would be difficult to fix, but it's a perfect match. My car is good as new. I love it. I'm an extremely happy camper. The dents are gone and the painter truly worked magic, he's an artist of the highest caliber. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this shop. Tell 'um your budget and they will do the BEST they can to work with you. Truly great guys! A few years back I had come here (at that time the business name was Bumper Authority) and had very good impression. This time when I had a collision damage, I came to AcciDentPros again for an estimate of a slight dent and scratch on my passenger side bumper. The owner Steve and manager Scott are very friendly and really helped me a lot. Steve evaluated the damage and determined it is just scratch and paint and no structural damage. He is so nice that he touched it up for me for free. He even go all the way out and helped touching up another place in my rear bumper. I would definitely recommend AcciDentPros to all my friends! Ok, I'm not a big fan of reviews because if someone had their car fixed Nd were unhappy with the job, another person may have been well pleased with it, contrary to the one bad review of Accident pros that I've read; my experience was nothing short of superb! My White BMW 2006 had front end damage with the hood not closing at all from the hit it took. The fender and bumper also needed repair and painting. I am thoroughly impressed with the work they did! Horrible service. I was told to drop my car off yesterday and they promised to have it done today. I went to pick up my car and it was in horrible condition. The manager tried to blame me for their mistakes and tried to charge me another $1000. I really did try to give these guys the benefit of a doubt but they are very dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never go here again. If your car is damaged don't go here, they do not have the knowledge, experience, nor the necessary equipment to repair any car. I lost $2000. Picked up my car Friday from the shop and I couldn't be any happier, dropped it off Thursday and just like they said come Friday and it would be as good as new and so it was, I was amazed at the kind of work they do there, I'm glad i did the right choice and picked them, the quality cant be beaten I believe also they gave me a lifetime warranty which is great! This guys did a great job on my car I couldn't be any happier, somebody hit my car while it was parked outside my apartments (no note may I add) so I was left with a dented up car and with a bill, this guys eased up the pain from the beginning they understood my stress and that I wanted my baby to look as good as I had it. Once they were done I couldn't believe my eyes my car was looking gorgeous and through out the repair they kept me well informed and I was happy with the price. Accident Pros took out a dent on my car. They gave me a better quote than these other shops. I went to fix Auto and they were really high. I went to another place but the were gonna take to long. I found accident Pros I felt comfortable with them and was convinced they could do a good job. I went to their shop and the manager Felipe Amezquita was very helpful advising me about my car body painting because I didn't know exactly the appropriate color to use for my mercedes. I dented the front, left bumper of my 2018 Prius. It was the first, new car I've ever owned and I FELT BAD! The staff…read moreseemed friendly, they inspected my car, provided an estimate, and one of the technicians offered to secure my front bumper with a few bolts so I wouldn't have to worry about it while driving. I appreciated the gesture and trusted his recommendation. Less than a week later, both of my tail lights stopped working. A Toyota specialist determined it was an electrical issue and explained it was being caused by affected wires. Although, they could not confirm which wires until performing a full inspection - he suggested that there is a possibility the bolts placed in the front panels could have caused it because they were replaced very close to wires. He informed me I should reach out to the company that placed the bolts in the car as well as the insurance company and just keep them updated with information as I move forward. A called bumper rescue and informed Nataly what was going on and that my motive was to openly communicate. Unfortunately, I was met with a lot of defensive language and blame placement back on me. I repeatedly said I was only trying to communicate. I was not trying to blame anyone. Comments like, "Well, your car was in a collision," and other similar remarks made me feel like I had to defend myself instead of being heard. It turned what I intended to be a simple conversation into a very uncomfortable experience. Overall, my first impression of Bumper Rescue was excellent and aligned with the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, it was the customer service after the fact that changed my opinion. Great customer service allows you to openly express your experience without having to defend yourself.
