Just had the bumper on my wife 2018 MDX repaired. It looks better than new, but probably because the paint is still wet so it's nice and shiny. He was the only one that seemed to understand that there was more to be done by looking at the pictures that I sent along with the description, which resulted in a much more accurate estimate. I typically use local businesses in Carlsbad, but they tend to overcharge, so thought I would use a business outside of Carlsbad. Communication was amazing, and they were also very prompt. I hired Gabriel to color sand some orange peel and runs in my older truck from a bad paint job from another shop. He also suggested to clear coat the whole truck which he also took care of. When he brought it back it looked great but there were still a lot of runs he missed. He said to wait a couple of weeks to let the clear coat cure. It's been several months of him telling me today/tomorrow & still nothing. I reached out a few months ago to get an estimate of the repair for my rear door panel area. Gabe was very responsive and had an open schedule. It wasn't until last week that I finally decided to get the work done. Gabe even honored the original estimate which I was very grateful for.
