Did some phone shopping yesterday with 3 different auto parts stores in Carrollton for a price on a…read morenew car battery. The gentleman who answered the phone at this AutoZone was by far the nicest, professional, and most helpful person out of them all. He assured me they had the right battery for my car, that they would install it for free, and their price matched the lowest price I could find with the others. When I stopped by today I was greeted and helped immediately even though there was another person in line being helped in front of me. They had an issue finding my battery and didn't think they could replace it at first, but they were kind enough to be patient with me while I did a quick google search to see where it was at - turns out it was located in the trunk. Once we found it they were more than happy to replace it. Great experience, wish I got the gentleman's name but he was super helpful and very nice. Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback.
