Their sign says Toys, Video Games, Comics and Collectibles...you might be able to get comics, but don't go looking for video games, definitely don't have those. The posted pictures are all outdated and deceiving. The hours stated 10-5pm, no open signs at all 2pm on a Friday. Apparently you can't even just go into the building, it's by appointment only. But you only know that once you show up and read the tiny note on the door. This is not a store like it advertises it to be. If you don't want people to know you're there then take down your sign or make it more generic. All these bad reviews make a lot of sense now, so take all of our advice and don't waste your time with whatever this is.

From the customer service, to the wide selection of unique albums, to the fun and quirky decor, our entire family really enjoyed the experience. This Texas girl was happy to be back here as I found some really great gems while digging here. Pricing here is fair but I was not expecting to really come under what I wanted to spend here because I was able to find a few albums I had on my Discogs Want List at half price. One of the records I was able to find was an early 1990's copy of a Beastie Boys LP. I held on to that record so tight as I continued my browsing. I was able to walk out with an early pressing of Pacific Northwesterners / riot grrl band Sleater-Kinney. I took so good care of these records as I flew back with them to bring them home with me to Austin. Staff here was friendly and super cool. I saw several people come in to sell things and they navigated that sale with checking me out super efficiently. The area was cool to hop around too. Thanks for the fun browsing! This store did not do that. Instead, an employee dressed like Mario talked to waiting customers, and did not clarify stock until the end. He wasted many peoples time while idly conversing with them. Additionally, for those trying to purchase or get their pre-order pick up times, the process was extremely slow, taking over an hour for 20 people to get their reservation.
