Unconvinced if she could remove the chronic callous but decided to give a try. OH MY! After multiple different treatments, I saw my feet become silky & smooth, with my toenails neatly & beautifully painted while I was being dozed on & off , my finger nails were perfectly manicured. From that moment on, Hannah would be my regular nail technician , I decided, sorry to divorce to my regular nail technician of five years, lol. I came in for a gel removal, nail cut and regular manicure. I had told that to her over the phone and multiple times when I entered the shop. I thought due to a language barrier she kept referring to what I was saying as a fill but I regret not being more aggressively vocal. There was no acrylic on my REAL NAILS entering the shop. She knew what I wanted. I had to cut my nail tech off mid service because I noticed she began prepping for something I didn't want. She kept referring to her manager instead of the person paying ME which I believe was due to the manager trying to manipulate me into spending more money. Sad. I've also never experienced paying nor TIPPING before getting my nails done?! No one else in the shop had done this. This shop is "cute" but it's completely unsanitary, they don't clean their utensils and do not care about the health of your nails. Very poor with the drill. I would even assume they're prejudiced. They asked about my needs and genuinely cared about making me comfortable. The technician took her time trimming my cuticles, smoothing away calluses, and then treated me to one of the most soothing foot and leg massages I've ever had. Between the warm water and the massage, I honestly didn't want to leave the chair. After my pedicure, I moved on to a French manicure with Cindy. My nails were in rough shape because I hadn't had them done in quite a while, but Cindy approached them with such care, skill, and patience.
