Bunny Luv is amazing. They bonded our bunnies and we rely on them for quality hay and boarding when we go away. Fantastic people!

Ok so if you are looking to get a rabbit for a pet, I can't stress enough to do your research on the best way to care for bunnies. With that being said, BunnyLuv has been a lifesaver. They know their stuff. Tim has been an amazing person to work with. He cares about all the bunnies and is a bunny person. If you are a bunny person then you understand what I mean. My daughter and I are looking forward to volunteering there. This is a rescue I am so happy to support. We took our two bunnies to BunnyLuv for bonding, because it just wasn't happening for us. Tim was so patient and gave me great updates and pics. BunnyLuv also boards, grooms, has bunnies for adoption, and sells bunny supplies at great prices. Support this this rescue and get your bunny supplies there. I feel like I could go on and on, but the bottom line is your bunnies are in the best possible hands at BunnyLuv. If your looking to adopt a bunny, then BunnyLuv is the best place you could go.

Took my boy in for a groom/nail trim/scent gland cleaning, and the next day when I was petting him, I noticed a dent in his fur coat. Turns out someone had ripped off a chunk of his undercoat, and I could see the bare skin... wrote them an email and nobody responded or even addressed what had happened. I won't be taking him here again, so disappointed that they traumatized my poor boy.

This place is such a gem and I wish people would know more about their services. My bunny is such a shy little guy and he never looked happier after his grooming. The nails trimming was done perfectly! They also sells all different kind of essentials for your buns. And they're very well versed with anything relating to bunny.

Have been recently coming to this location since I'm a new owner to the bunny world. This place makes scheduling easy with their website and prices are affordable. I Enjoy looking at their products in store and sneak peeking at the cute bunnies they are boarding! Thanks so much.

Just a few Bunnies out of the forty! I brought Italian/flat leaf parsley and got to feed these 3 SO FUN

My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.

Then they had the gall to shoo me out the door and refuse to answer my questions and tell me my dog was like that when I left him there. He absolutely was not and I shudder to think what would have happened had I left him there longer. At no point did ANYONE call me to tell me something had happened or follow up with me. Everytime I tried to call back, I kept getting the runaround of "the manager" (Santiago who other reviews have rightfully pointed out is a real POS who refuses to take any accountability with this torture chamber he's running) wasn't there or no one was working there over the weekend when my dog got injured. When I took my dog to the vet, they found multiple lacerations and puncture wounds on my dog's paws. To this day, we still don't know what happened and multiple vets couldn't figure it out. So either there's some sick employee torturing the dogs or they are just neglectful to the point of evil. My dog also didn't poop for four days after and was drooling for 10 days straight. See pictures and a report from the vet attached. There is clearly a weapon/bite mark of some sort on his left paw and two of his other paws also had lacerations. I'm sure I'll get some canned response from Santiago or the corporate PR person saying I'm disgruntled or mistaken but I'm not and you know I'm not. If you have such an issue with it, call me back and man up: tell me what happened to my dog. You know what happened to my dog and you're wasting everyone's time pretending otherwise. There is no way a dog gets this badly injured under your care and no one knows about it; you just thought it would go away. It cost me over $3k and a month to get him back to normal and the only reason I'm not suing is because I have excellent pet insurance. You people deserve to be in jail and shut down.

Unfortunately, in late March 2026, I had a terrible interaction with an employee named Maddie that left me extremely shaken and uncomfortable. I came in shortly after the store opened to purchase flea treatment for my dogs. The product had been moved to a different section, and the way it was displayed was also completely different from what I had previously seen. Instead of the actual boxes or corresponding empty packaging, there was a product information card listing different flea-treatment options. I simply asked Maddie for help because I was confused by the new setup. She was very short with me, barely explained anything, and walked away. The store was not busy, but her tone and demeanor made me feel as though she was too busy to care. I had never had a negative interaction with her before, so I initially assumed she was having a bad day and was willing to brush it off. At the register, I explained why I had asked about the product and mentioned that I used to work in retail. Her response became sarcastic and dismissive, along the lines of, "Well, since you worked in retail and all..." I genuinely asked her, "Are you okay?" She turned the question back on me, "Are YOU okay?!",  became defensive, and began raising her voice in front of other customers. I was so shocked by the interaction that I became physically shaken and told her I was literally shaking. I even asked whether she remembered me and my two small dogs because her behavior was so completely different from how she had treated me previously. She eventually said she needed a moment and went to the back while customers were waiting. I reported the incident to a manager named Alex by phone around March 27th and was told it would be addressed. I never received an apology. When I saw Maddie again on July 1st, I was uncomfortable even making eye contact with her because of what had happened. I ultimately returned to the store and spoke with Luis, another manager. He was professional, empathetic, and took my concerns seriously. He listened to everything I explained and handled the situation appropriately. Unfortunately, when Maddie joined the conversation, she immediately became defensive and referred to our "issues" in the past rather than taking accountability for the one specific incident I was describing. Even with her manager and other customers present, I did not receive an apology and she continued to have a bad attitude, raise her voice, leaving me and Luis shocked. I understand that employees can have bad days. What I don't understand is why a customer who has been coming to the same location for more than eight years should be left feeling uncomfortable and nervous about encountering an employee. I should not have to consider going to another Petco simply to avoid someone who has twice made me feel this way. I'm disappointed because I've had many positive experiences with this location and its previous managers and employees. I hope Petco takes this seriously, reviews the available camera footage from both incidents, and addresses this immediately. I am contacting Corporate with a more detailed review of both incidents.

Meanwhile, they were charging me an unbelievable amount without even having a real plan or moving toward surgery. I left feeling stressed, confused, and terrified for my dog. The moment I arrived at Kinder 4 Care the next morning, they took X-rays and confidently knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Benjamin had swallowed a foreign object, and within about an hour of arriving, he was already in surgery. Their team acted quickly, knowledgeably, and decisively, which is exactly what you want in an emergency situation. The surgery to remove the foreign object was around $3,700 with the x-rays, which from my understanding is actually on the lower end for an emergency surgery like this. They kept Benjamin for two nights afterward, and every time I checked in, they were responsive and reassured me that he was doing great. I've seen reviews saying they can come across as rude, but honestly, when your dog's life is on the line, none of that matters. I wasn't there looking for luxury customer service -- I needed experienced professionals who knew exactly what to do and could save my dog. And that's exactly what they did. Benjamin is alive because of them. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and confident in a high-stress emergency, and I'm beyond thankful for the care they gave him.

Will not be returning to this establishment…read more My husband called on Saturday (5/2/26) to ask if they accepted walk-ins, as we recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. The receptionist told us to come in right away since we were only a few minutes away. When we arrived, the same receptionist acted as if she had no idea about the call. We had to repeat ourselves, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of greeting us warmly, she seemed dismissive and inconvenienced. Things got worse when our dog was taken to the back. She is a small dog (under 20 lbs) and naturally a bit anxious, which we communicated. Rather than handling her with care, the staff member repeatedly pulled her by the leash when she hesitated, which clearly scared her. No effort was made to comfort her--no treats, no gentle approach, and no attempt to pick her up to help her feel safe. After seeing our dog being handled this way, we immediately asked for her back and left. As feedback to the owner: friendly customer service and gentle handling of animals should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
