The meals have all been very delicious, even as leftovers! Recent examples: Ginger Scallion Chicken, and Chicken Noodle Soup with Matzo Balls. All the ingredients are fresh and the cooking directions are clear and easy, according to my daughter. I merely microwave the leftovers without sacrificing any taste or texture, so far so good. For what it's worth, Meez Meals is Grandma approved. Did I just write their next ad?

The food is always delicious and I feel great feeding my family these easy to prepare meals! They have fewer prep steps and way less waste than other meal delivery companies we had tried in the past. I love that the drivers pick up the delivery bags to reuse. They will adapt most meals to your food preferences and make it clear if one has an ingredient that cant be removed (I hate mushrooms and its always quick and easy to see if they can send an option without them- never once has a meal come with them included!) Ordering online is super easy too.

The pho came prepared with everything I was expecting! The broth could have been hotter but I just microwaved it for a bit. I really enjoyed it. After the show ended I was still really in the mood for spring rolls and even something more but I knew finding a decent option close to midnight that didn't require a trek would be difficult. So I was really surprised when a search turned up this random and seemingly new Vietnamese spot in River West of all places. It became clear after a little research that this was a cloud kitchen though so I was hesitant as I've had mixed results when it comes to other cloud kitchen ordering experiences. Having not been to the original MK Noodle also lended to my hesitation but after noting that they had pretty good reviews I decided to give their Express option a shot. I can't speak to the consistency with the original restaurant but I can say that the spring rolls and lemongrass pork banh mi I ordered both tasted good. Being able to add a bag of crispy, fresh fries and a can of coke to my sandwich for an additional $3 was also a nice option. The lemongrass pork was a little on the sweet side for my taste but was still enjoyable with good toppings and a crispy, airy baguette. I really like that they have a variety of spring rolls so I was able to get an order of shrimp and imitation crab. These were really good with fresh vegetables and nice sized shrimp and crab stick pieces. Not sure if they accidentally added an order of crab rangoons or if they automatically add them if you spend a certain amount or they just felt bad for making me wait but finding an order of these was a pleasant surprise as I enjoyed my late night meal. The peanut and sweet and sour sauces that came with the order also tasted really nice. The only reason I am putting 4 stars is that the order took a while longer than quoted to be ready. That being said I appreciated their customer support reaching out to me directly by phone to provide me with updates and apologize for the wait. This allowed me to just relax in my car and avoid all the bustle going on with all the delivery drivers and others picking up orders but when they phoned to let me know I could head inside I still had to wait a while longer for the food to be brought out. Still, I would definitely order from this spot again.

Bonus points if my husband would eat it (never thought that would happen). I found eat clean chIcago on yelp and the reviews looked good and the options online looked delicious. I had some questions getting started and the owner Juan was very accommodating. But the real kicker was when my husband and I ate our first meals. The Mongolian beef and spaghetti with meatballs. They were.... absolutely delicious. My husband was so impressed and ate every single bite. He brought the steak to lunch the next day - delicious. For dinner we ate the steak tacos - again absolutely delicious. I have had so many meal delivery services in Chicago and this was absolutely the best we have had. It is so well seasoned and so fresh even after being cooked in the microwave. I also really love how much the owner clearly cares about his business. Always a good sign to me. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a convenient, but healthy way to have some delicious options. I will be a customer for a very long time.

What better time to unwrap the gift of a tamale than heading into the New Year. The signature tamale varieties available for ordering included cheese, pork, and chicken, along with the famous salsa verde. I opted for chicken and was pleased with my choice. The order came with reheating and freezing instructions. The masa is light and the chicken is fresh and high-quality. The perfect comfort food to add spice and warmth to a Chiago winter! I look forward to sampling some of the other varieties and appreciated this collaboration for spotlighting a locally owned business that I might not otherwise have had the opportunity to try.

Unfortunately, after hearing so much good feedback I decided to try them for myself. Sadly, they were a poor in substance and taste. And sadly his business didn't survive Covid. But he's reopened at another place on Diversey and Richmond between Sacramento and California out of a bar called Quality Time. I want to thank the bartender Dan or Stan(?) for helping me with my order. I ordered one dozen red tamales and a half-dozen chicken tamales. Complimentary salsa was given. Although the flavor for both tamales was good. Presentation had a lot to be desired in order for them to a true wrapped tamale. The filling on both at times were leaking from the side, as if the masa (cornmeal dough) wasn't completely covering the filling. And what's with the one single chintzy corn husk wrapping? I like that they didn't have a lot of masa covering the meat. But they were somewhat sloppy. And update your prices on your tamales since I was charged $12.00 per half-dozen instead of the $11.00 listed on your website. Or notify the customer of the price increase. One more thing, that salsa was very watery. Would I return, I don't know. The jury is still out on this one. But I might go back to the bar and try a special drink that was being offered and depend on how it went down. might order just a half dozen. I am going to check out a new establishment on Harlem Avenue near Addison, that sells tamales. And compare them to yours. The winner gets my return visits. The flavor was almost there, but packaging had a lot to be desired.

Stopped in for brunch one Sunday and was able to get a table immediately. Our server (Anna I…read morethink?) was very friendly. I decided to order the breakfast burrito without chorizo, subbing cheddar for the mozzarella that comes on it. Sidebar: mozzarella is an insane choice for cheese for a burrito. My partner ordered the avocado toast with no eggs and a side of fruit. Our food took a while to come out, which I found surprising given that the place wasn't packed. Maybe they were also doing their meal prep stuff? When it arrived, I was taken aback by how much cheese was in the burrito. It seemed like half the filling was cheese! Just too much for me. The menu said it came with homemade salsa, but as far as I can tell it just had diced onions and bell peppers and therefore needed more flavor. However the side of potatoes was perfect. Really well seasoned. The avocado toast was fine, but had a pretty strong citrus flavor that was overpowering. The prices are a bit high, but considering the cost of food and that they use high quality ingredients it's not surprising. I was hoping they'd give me a slight discount for making my burrito vegetarian but no such luck. I'm open to trying it again for lunch or dinner given the other stellar reviews, but I wasn't wowed this first time out.

I was able to order 8 pre-assembled half meals for a very reasonable cost and pick them up right after work. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining how to heat up the food and helping me carry it all to the car Second off, I got home, turned on the oven, popped in the crispy chicken tenders and tater tots while I was in the shower and by the time I was done, dinner was ready. One meal was enough food for me to split it in half so that I can make another entire meal later. The chicken was outstanding. Really flavorful and I loved the sweet and spicy sauce it came with. The tatertots were better than the ones I typically pick up from the grocery store. I was stuffed afterwards and can't wait to try another meal tonight. They also gave me a bag of their cookie dough to try. Omg. I ate five of them! This was a perfect solution for a busy professional like myself who currently lives alone. I foresee using this service for months to come - no mess, no extra ingredients I'll let go to waste, and no stress. It was awesome.
