I have been coming to Buppa's a couple times a month for years. They recently changed owners but the menu is largely the same. The new owners seem to be very genuine and committed. We've had nothing to complain about so far! The food is consistent and great. My savory favorite is the bacon and avocado benedict with white cheddar cheese. It's so good! My sweet favorite is the butterscotch chip pancakes. Many dishes come with their home fries and they're fantastic. Specials are tasty and varied. The only criticism I have of Buppa's is that their drinks really aren't great. Coffee is just ok and orange juice is not good. read more

Breakfast quesadilla was prepared exactly the way I asked for it (spinach instead of peppers and just the pepper jack cheese) - my companion had incredibly browned pancakes and perfectly cooked over easy eggs! The service was a team effort; one individual took the order, another checked on beverages, while the owner brought the meals to the table. I have been to Buppa's probably 5-6 times now . Each time my breakfast has come out perfect! I am a big corned beef hash fan. It has one of the best. Hot, crispy and delicious! Comes with eggs, potatoes and toast or a grilled english. Mmmmm. They even make french toast that my wife liked, not an easy task. Great coffee, juices and service with a smile. I was in the area for a job. I had some time to kill, so I searched breakfast place. This place came up. i tried it. For awhile I was the only person there and chatted with my waitres. She was very friendly and suggested I try the egg white omelette when I asked if they had eggbeaters. The food was great and she didn't mind if I stayed a bit to read my book and sip my coffee. First time here so maybe it was an off morning. I ordered the avocado/bacon scrambler (eggs). Came with home fries and toast. The home fries were served nice and hot but the eggs and toast had apparently been sitting around for awhile as they were hardly warm, the cheese had hardened, bacon not quite cooked enough and the avocado was beyond its fresh point, black is several spots.
