She found cavities every visit, but once I found an HONEST one, I haven't had a cavity in 30 years! I told Lenny about the problem, and he fixed it while I waited 30 minutes! West Lynn would have made me drop off my car for days, and would have made me pay for a replacement I didn't need. I'm sure this $50 fix would have cost me at least $150 at West Lynn Auto. I went to Auto Zone to have them diagnosis the issue. It was exactly what was E valve repaired. So Manny, tells me to don't over fuel and "Reset" my check engine light. Whew! a month later same issue. again, he resets my check engine light. 3rd time I consented to a smoke test, They determined it was a 02 censor!!!!!!! And I decided I would have the repair done later. Now my car isn't starting after fueling. So I take it to have 02 censor replaced. Same issue my vehicle will not immediately start. I take at least 3 keys turns. Mind you I have AAA, and I was suppose to get 10% off PARTS & Labor. Manny only discounted the labor. I went back and brought this to his attention with the printed information AAA has online & the issue with my car not starting. Manny's slick talk, bring on Monday, I will order the part it's under warranty. I also had 4 new tire installed, My tire monitoring system has been activating ever since, and all he done is bring out a device and places against the tire and says its registering. The front passenger TPMS was damaged upon it being removed from the old tire and placed on the new one. Again, he denies this fault. I picked up my vehicle, on a Tuesday, March 10, 2026 and check enging light was off, and it started with easy. I did fuel it to see if I would have any issue with the starting. On Thursday, the same issue presented itself without the check engine light on. THIS SHOP IS NELIGENT... I AM A WOMAN, AND I WAS TAKEN Advantage OF. If you don't have money to lose, DO NOT HAVE YOU VEHICLE REPAIRED AT THIS CROOKED ESTABLISHMENT. THE DECEIT IS normal business practice. subpar parts are used. I replaced the bumper with an OEM part and decided to give High Street Garage a try as Eric down at Pete's Garage has spoken highly of them when I have asked about Inspections in the past. I drove down there and saw an older man with white hair in the open inspection bay. I walked up, said hi and asked if they were doing inspections. He must have seen me drive in with the "R" sticker. He immediately started in on me saying he would not inspect the vehicle and I should go back to where it was initially inspected. I just asked why he wouldn't do the inspection and he just got louder and said "if I didn't repair it, I won't re inspect it." It was an OEM bumper for christ sakes, and it took me all of 2 hours to remove and replace. This was the first time I have had a vehicle rejected so I was not aware of the need to go back to the original inspection station. I would have thought that since these are State Inspections, the process would be uniform across all service stations. It looked to me like he was having a bad Monday and decided to give a bit of that attitude to me. I'll cross this station off my list. Not the way to treat a person or a potential customer.

I brought my car in to fix a few issues, but all they did was give me a fairly expensive oil change. Over the next three weeks, they continued to string me along by saying that they were developing an estimate for the repairs. The estimate started at $3800, which I agreed to, but then a different person I spoke with said that they had "forgotten" to add a repair to the estimate, and that the real estimate was almost $8000. While it seemed outrageous that the price would essentially double over one thing they "forgot", I was desperate and they came highly reviewed, so I agreed and asked when I could bring my car in. Without any hesitation and without consulting anyone, the person I spoke with said that the almost $8000 estimate wasn't the ACTUAL estimate, and that they wanted to "look at the numbers again". To be honest, it felt like they were just jacking the price up to see how much I'd pay. I was nothing but pleasant and respectful over the phone, and they had given me my car back after the oil change, so this was not a situation where they were finding new things wrong -- they didn't have my car. This place does not seem honest or reliable at all. They didn't even attempt to fix the problems with my car when I brought it in. They gave multiple escalating quotes and didn't stick to any of them. They didn't call when they said they would, or at all.

They offer rides if you're local if your car is going to be a while. Victor helped me both times I needed work done on my car and it's always been a very pleasant experience. Very communicative and friendly. Kelly is also super friendly too. They even have resident birds and turtles - very unique for a mechanic shop. Hopefully, my car is done having tantrums but if it has another one, I'll 100% return here.

There is no real place to park your car so you just kind of block people in. You go in and everyone is in the garage which makes sense but you wait a bit. I dropped it off for brakes I got a call about 1115 saying what they saw and then that was the last call I got. I arrived at 450 to see if my car was done mind you they close at 5 and no one came to see me until 5. They are nice and the brakes were about the same price everywhere but I wish they communicated more.
