Do not think twice about choosing a body shop-- THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I took my 2013 Mustang to Burbank Collision Center, and from the SECOND I arrived, Adrian treated me like a friend. I had MAJOR work done on my car- a complete front end with bumper, hood, fender, headlight, etc..replaced. My car looked like NEW when they were done!!! But it's not the work that they did that earns them 5 Stars (it should be a MILLION stars like the previous reviewer stated)- They went ABOVE and BEYOND on EVERY level!! I had A LOT of other "little things" that they fixed, replaced, and worked on. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! They treat your car as if it was THEIR car!! EVERYBODY at this shop is courteous, attentive, cordial, and above all, PROFESSIONAL! My daughter ran over a tire on the freeway damaging the under carriage of her car (it was hanging down), we took it to Burbank Collision Center and Raffi was awesome. He was the only person who asked if my daughter was ok (I called several places before choosing BCC) and he was professional and courteous. He told me he would look under the car and assess the damage. He called me a few hours later and told me it was just a cap that was loosened from the blunt force and he put a new one on and the car was ready...no charge! Befuddled & disappointed as to why Raffi only completed part of the work he promised to do, especially after offering to pay him extra for a couple of minor scratches unrelated to the accident (someone rear-ended me in a parking lot). THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON I WENT TO HIM & not others, who had given me better quotes! Although he had the car for about 3 days, he said it was ready, so I dropped off the car rental & went to pick up my car. Upon inspection, I went to feel the area of repair & he stopped me, saying it was still wet & not to touch it. Apparently, the car was NOT ready, as it was still wet. The rear end bumper/corner looked brand new, yeahhhhh, however, he only fixed one other minor scratch that was on the hood & ignored the two scratches on back side door he promised to fix. To top it off, the driver's door had an extra mark/scratch on it that it didn't have when I brought it in (I took detailed pics of my car beforehand)!! I was really hoping Raffi would be different, as in, trustworthy, but he let me down. I just can't figure out why he wouldn't do it right in the first place, since I offered to pay whatever I had to, to get it done! If he was too busy to do the work at that time, he should have said so & I would have rescheduled. Update: Thank you for your response Raffi, but you shouldn't offer to do work for free (that I offered to pay extra for (unrelated to the accident's cost), forget to do it, & then try to do it last minute; after I showed up to reclaim my car. Adding insult to injury is even worse. You do good work, but you need a bigger shop & more help. read more

Adrian and his shop not only fixed my car to complete perfection, but they truly prioritized customer service. I had taken in my first fully purchased, brand new Buick Cascada and sadly I also had my very first car accident in her; passenger side door was ruined as well as the bottom rocker panel. I got quotes for 9 other shops and upon organizing each shop based on quality, cost, and customer service-I went with this shop. Now, this being my first autobody visit and experience ever-I was nervous but Adrian completely respected my nerves and was beyond understanding with me. He allowed me to drop in and visit to see the car's progress whenever I wanted to, he called me 1-2x a week to update me, and at the end of it when I saw the complete fix it looked brand new again! There was one microscopic buff mark and a couple paint bubbles I saw, which he offered to polish and re-wax a couple weeks after. I took it back for that and on the same day those bubbles and buff marks were gone and they also washed my car (which is very generous of them). Overall this shop was fantastic and so was the staff. At one of my visits I had ran into one of the guys working on my car and he took the time to show me and explain everything he was doing. Fantastic work and a fantastic shop, all for a REALLY good price. So happy that my baby is back to her full glory. read more

Excellent customer service! I was in an auto accident and needed my car fixed quickly. At another auto shop I went to I was told repairs would take over a week, but Burbank Collision fixed everything in a couple days! They made my car look better than before I had the accident (better than new! I seriously almost didn't recognize it when I came for pickup.) Best of all, the manager was very honest and charged a price I could afford. In fact, I explained how tight my budget was and the manager went out of his way to accommodate me and make sure I could afford the price. He was super nice and even offered me a ride back home.
