A friend told me about Burbank Collision Center so I went there for an estimate. I was certain that it was going to need a paintjob, but when Adrian looked at it, he said that he could probably fix it without having to paint it. I am very happy I chose this local body shop to repair my car. Right side damage caused by another car was covered by my insurance. Adrian & Raffi were great in explaining everything, and following through with locating hard-to-find replacement parts. They and their repair crew did excellent work and now my car looks like it just drove out of the dealership's showroom. The car is 27 years old, but with a very rare, low production dealer-installed, cosmetic package. The car may not be worth much on the collector car market right now, but it certainly has a lot of loving memories for my family. I had a dent (hit a pole) that affected the driver door and the front panel, and big green scratch on the front number, and to top it off my windshield cracked a couple of days before. Was self-paying since nobody else was involved in any of the issues. I was worried about having to shop around for a good quote from a highly rated shop, but my quote from Burbank Collision Center was fair and the people were matter of fact but friendly (just what I appreciate) and I felt comfortable with accepting the quote without shopping around (my time has value too). This review is about a couple of months late, but here it is. I had some minor scuffs and the casing on the right rear bumper was cracked. The car came out this year, so the part wasn't easy to come by. Adrian drove down to San Bernardino to get it himself because the shipping kept getting delayed. Gave an estimate and stuck to it. Even said that if I wasn't satisfied with the estimate I could see if other shops would offer a cheaper one. This was my first time going to any mechanic shop, so I don't know if this is typical or not, but they even washed my car. (Though that might also have been because I didn't wash it while waiting for the part to come in. Didn't want to risk water getting through the cracked casing.) Adrian and Raffi were professional, efficient, friendly. And made the whole process as painless as possible. I'd been contemplating slapping on a pair of front and rear bumper valence add-on pieces that were sitting in my garage for about a year. Since I had a couple of weeks off work, I thought now was the best time to cross this off my "to do list". So I decided to take my car to BCC based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. I spoke with the owner Raffi, and asked him to fit the parts on and paint them to match the car. He explained to me that since my car is about 7 years old the original white paint will have naturally yellowed so it would be a little challenging to get it to look perfect. I trusted his judgement and left the vehicle to his discretion. I have to admit it took longer to finish the work than promised but I didn't mind because I wanted it to look perfect. It turned out that the pieces needed to be mildly customized to fit perfectly so there was a lot of cutting, grinding, dry fitting and so on to get it right. Finally when it was done it was definitely worth the long wait. The parts fit true and tight, and the paint color matched well. I'd definitely recommend this shop if your vehicle needs some TLC. read more

I took my car here for a bumper scrape repair. The scrape didn't really cause much body damage to the plastic itself, so it was mainly a repaint job. I worked with Adrian throughout the process. He's a great guy to work with, very down-to-earth and reasonable and excellent in customer service. First, I came in for an estimate to fix one major area of scuff that occurred recently (the unbearable kind), but there were other scratches and wear/tear that I thought I would point out while we were at it (the not-ideal-but-still-bearable kind). Adrian said not to worry about those other areas because they would be repainting the entire bumper anyway to get that perfect blend. This was especially reassuring considering my car has pearl paint, which like metallic paint is not easy to match and blend. He quoted me a price that was considerably lower than other shops' estimates and even lower than I expected to pay. Other shops also didn't approach the project as redoing the whole bumper, just that one major area alone. The other scratches and dings would have been extra. Since I was paying out-of-pocket for this one, I decided on Burbank Collision Center, who would recondition my whole bumper for less (and I assumed with good results, from all the reviews). The final results were great. Now my ENTIRE bumper is as good as new, perfectly matched and blended with the rest of the car. It took one day longer than originally anticipated, but I told them up front that my timing was flexible anyway because I was traveling. Their attention to detail is also noteworthy. On the day I came to pick up my car, there were a few spots that needed further buffing, so they took it back for some finishing touches. I appreciated that both Raffi and Adrian made sure the final product was no less than perfect. Ironically, I hope to never come back here again, though.
