My 7 year old loves this place! He had a teeth cleaning watched Netflix while it was being done and got a prize and a balloon from their prize box! Niloofar was very gentle and sweet with my son who asked 1,000 questions. Their staff are warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The office is also very pleasing to the eye. Beautiful colors are used to decorate the walls and toys are available for kiddos to play with while waiting to be seen. They have XBox too! I have been taking my kids to this dentistry for about 3 years now and I kept holding off to write a review because this place actually is that good and people should take 5 minutes of their time to show appreciation. The staff is none other, exceptionally professional working with children and the nicest most patient people I have ever seen in this field. Our doctor is Elizabeth and she is AMAZING! She knows how to work with kids and work fast and professional. They never rush you out of the office and always take their time explaining every single tooth and work they did or are going to do. Today I had to go in for a couple of crowns that needed to be done for my 3 year old and it needed to be done under Anesthesia, I was so scared and nervous is an understatement! We were in and out within 2 hours, besides the fact that they were running behind but that was a patients fault not theirs. The amount of love and gratitude the WHOLE staff gave us all was incredible! They made me feel so calm and not too worry. Ayrine, receptionist, another amazing girl, kept going in and out of the room and giving me updates with every step. They didn't let us leave the office until they all, including the anesthesiologist, Dr Christina Baek, saw that my child woke up and was responsive and it didn't even matter how long it took, because he was in a deep sleep haha. All in all both my children actually look forward to going to the dentist and I know it's all because of how they are being treated there. Loving, positive attitude, respect, patience, understanding, fun people and this is for ALL of their staff from the receptionist to the doctors to everybody that works there. I scheduled all 3 of my kids on the same day and it was such a traumatic experience for them. First off, I had spoken to someone already about my insurance and they had asked me to verify with my insurance that out of network services are covered and when I called my plan, they confirmed it was. On the day of their appointment, they called and asked me if my youngest child had gotten a referral, which I've never in my life have been asked that. So, I mentioned that to the receptionist and that these out of network services should be covered by my plan. She said she was going to call my insurance and verify and if she didn't call me back that everything is aligned and that we should proceed with our appointment. She did end up calling me to just inform me that the out of network services were covered so we went to the appointment. Their appointment was at 4:00pm and they were running behind when we got there. They didn't take them in until 4:45pm! It seemed like they double booked their patients at 4pm. They took my youngest one first who is a 4 year old boy. He was traumatized before going in and he had a horrible experience when the Dr. came in. She was just calling everyone "Buddy" instead of their first name. She kept repeating herself and getting louder by asking him to open his mouth and to bite down properly. He just kept crying and screaming and she goes "Buddy, we don't do that okay? You need to be calm, okay?" I'm beyond disappointed with her bedside manners. Another red flag which I could not believe is when my middle child was crying when she was getting her x-rays taken and the hygienist suggested that she can console her in the room while I hit the switch for the x-ray. She stood by my daughter and just told me when to press the x-ray switch when she was ready. It was unbelievable to me that they would allow something so unprofessional. Seems like they just wanted to quickly get their patients in and out. When my oldest went in, the doctor didn't even acknowledge my husband indicating that she has been complaining of jaw pain and that she's been uncomfortable with the pain. She just dismissed it and went on to quickly examine her teeth. We know for a fact from the past that she has 2 fillings to be done, but we were told by this dentist that she has 2 additional cavities which can be prevented by doing SDF treatments. She was just trying to sell it to us. And for the 2 fillings, she suggested silver fillings to which both my husband and I took offense to and tried to convey to her that aesthetically, that would not look good at all! All in all, we felt that we didn't have that private one-on-one relationship with the dentist and that every patient waiting to be seen in the waiting area could see and hear everything. The only positive feedback I can give is of the dental hygienist who was a sweetheart and so nice to all of my kids. I believe her name was Kathryn. read more

She had to have a tooth pulled and the staff made her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This was not an easy appointment, but they were all so patient and accommodating with both of my kids. (My 3-year-old was there for her first visit and was very anxious. My 6-year-old has autism and we never quite know how things will go.) Dr. Anna and her staff were patient, caring, and supportive the whole time. (Even with an anxious mom!) I had to find a dentist for my 3 year old and was terrified of the idea, especially knowing she might have cavities already. I'm so glad someone recommended this place to me! They are very warm and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The tv on the ceiling is the perfect distraction for the littles as they are getting work done. The first visit included X-rays and my child didn't even flinch or make a sound. She cooperated perfectly and was willingly opening her mouth for the dentist. She returned to the office with no issues. The second visit included filling a cavity, which is not pleasant for an adult let alone a 3 year old. Even though it was not a fun visit, the staff made the best out of it and got her through the filling with only few tears shed.
