My daughter had her last appointment recently, but will be back for routine cleaning/check up. She cried in the car saying she didn't want to wait months to come back because she misses Dr. Peggy. Dr. Peggy and her staff are amazing and it's a shame other pediatric dentists aren't half as good. This was our second time here. Our first visit was great & I prematurely posted a 5-star review. This time, the dentist was more rushed & less supportive with our kids than she was last time. She was, again, late to the appt even tho we were the first appt of the morning and we arrived early. Our kids still did great with the appt & tolerated everything very well, fortunately. But now they no longer like the dentist. With this visit, Our younger child had some cavities and the dentist turned to me and exclaimed "WHAT HAPPENED, MOM?!" ... yeah thanks for the mom-shaming . My husband was there with me, but of course the dentist only talked to me, b/c clearly these cavities are my fault. That was the impression given. I'm the only one who insists on & encourages my kids to brush. Also during the appt I was talked to like I'm stupid. I asked Qs about anesthesia for the cavities and she rolled her eyes at me. I'm a physician; not the way anyone would want to be treated in a pediatric dentist office & I would never treat my patients this way. Not looking forward to returning here. read more

I brought my 2 daughters here... they had almost over 8 cavities. I was sooo scared that they were not going to go through with this because my daughters just scream and refuse any service that they are afraid of. Especially when we go to their regular doc the whole office knows it. But I was very shocked to see how professional and and great they were in getting my kids distracted from the filling procedures.
