Really nice staff such a clean office. But some places don't always have the best practices or bedside manner. Right in the middle of the Doctor doing my daughter's filling the dental assistant let me know I had a $250 payment for the procedure. I had no idea. My heart dropped immediately. I believe they should have told us two weeks ago when they told us she needed the filling. I have never had a copay that high so I was taken aback. I let them know we are a one income house hold at the moment and just paid rent and a car note so I asked if I can split it into 4 payments. The receptionist said we can do half. I let them know I didn't have half and I should have been made aware of the price ahead of time not in the middle of the procedure. Guess they understood where I was coming from cause they accepted the 4 payment plan. In the future let parents know ahead of time. It makes a world of a difference read more

What an amazing Doctor and team. My 7 year old needed some work to be done but has severe anxiety and so do I. This was the 3rd office we tried and I immediately felt comfortable to proceed with what the doctor suggested. The only problem was I had to decide to sedate my daughter and I was fearful. She started having a lot of pain and I had to make the decision to get the procedure done. The office along with the anesthesiologist were so comforting, assuring and helpful which made the process easy for me. This place is awesome!! I took my kids in for their first dental visit and we were so impressed with the friendly staff and Dentist. First, the kids are taken to the wash station and shown the correct way to brunch their teeth (2 minutes in circular motion) then the teeth cleaning, x rays, and teeth vitamins. I was impressed with how well Dr. Toomanian and her assistant was able to keep my kids engaged, not scared, and entertained. They each had a cartoon playing while getting their teeth cleaned (on the ceiling). The dentist took her time to explain the X-rays to me and gave them each a goodie bag with toys of their choice.
