Hey sports fans, if you've spent 25 years collecting thousands of baseball cards that your grandparents cherished and collected throughout the past 7 decades as well, DON'T COME HERE. I drove 45 mins to have them look at my 3,000 card collection and they turned me away in 2 minutes saying my lifelong collection was basically donation worthy and worthless. I'm glad they turned me away honestly. After not even looking at one of my cards, this establishment couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat and don't deserve my wonderful collection. I don't know why it took me so long to visit this shop, but I'm glad I finally did. I had some cards to sell, so I looked thru their World Famous Buy List for what they were looking for. I brought them over 5000 cards, organized by sport, qty and price. The owner Rob looked thru the list, boxes and paid cash on the spot. Since it was my first time there, he also gave me a quick tour of their impressive warehouse, inventory and organization. The front lobby area has a wide assortment of packs, boxes, supplies and single cards. For anyone into card collecting or looking to get back into it, I would highly recommend visiting this shop. TIPS: *if you're dropping off cards to sell, I would suggest organizing them and having an itemized list. This makes it easier for you and them to agree on a price. *use the Buy List on their website as a reference so you don't waste your time bringing in a 5000 count box of 1991 Fleer. They have the best buy list in the business because they have the largest volume, but it doesn't mean they'll buy everything. *call ahead to make sure the buyer is there. read more

On eBay, they need to be willing to negotiate prices on their overpriced singles and get rid of stock photos. Their prices on non-relic/auto singles is good but they send over-graded singles that are always listed as NM/MT. I cannot speak for their storefront. read more

They have a great selection from sealed wax to graded cards. This shop is definitely a staple to the hobby they have great products you won't be able to find at other LCS's in the area. I've bought and sold to Burbank in the past and the experience has always been pleasant. I live in the Inland Empire and I don't mind making the commute to Burbank. If your looking to sell make sure to check their Instagram page as they post early morning if they are buying that day or not. read more

These guys have everything. Full disclosure, went for the last time back in 2015 so things have probably changed. That said at the time I was here, I requested multiple hard to find cards, and the staff were quickly able to provide them. You should have some knowledge of your hobby when going here. Their inventory is huge ( if not endless) but almost entirely in the back, so look up the cards you want online ahead of time, and request them from staff when you arrive. This can result in a bit of a wait. That's fine, this way, you can see what your buying. You can't get that assurance that your item will be in good condition online. The prices are usually very reasonable. Will go back for sure if I am in Burbank!!! read more

This is a place for serious sports card collectors, which totally isn't me. But I mean, I find the aesthetics of those cards to be really cool, especially the hilarious ones from the early 80s with all the whacky graphic design going on. I went here to buy my nephew a last minute birthday gift! He collects a lot of baseball cards so I figured why not add to his collection. I was also able to get him a binder and sheets to organize his cards! I was really impressed with the collection they have and how affordable it is too! My nephew was really grateful & happy with his gift and now he wants me to take him to this store so he can collect more baseball cards! They also have basketball & football cards. The staff was also friendly and they give you a tour of their back room stock, which I didn't get a chance to do because I was in a hurry but I will go next time that I take my nephew! Bad customer service. The kid who seems to be upfront and in charge is a real jerk. He had multiple of a specific card i needed for a set which i as planning on getting graded. He brought out one and it had a finger indentation in it and asked if i could see a different copy and he said well this one is in good condition and was not willing to do any kind of leg work to help a paying customer. I was planning on purchasing alot more cards and possibly a few boxes untill i got that treatment. I won't be going back here again and to think i was spending good amount of money there. I was a nice little 20 min drive in which i had no problem but im not going to be driving 20 min and treated like im burdening them. read more

This place is amazing! I've been collection cards on and off for years. There is something nostalgic about going into a card shop and looking through tons of boxes filled with cards. These guy have a massive inventory for all sports and non sports cards (Pokémon, Magic, etc...). In the past, I've placed order for old baseballs cards and order was ready to pickup later in the day. Great online experience! As for in store purchase they have tons of boxes separated by sport and year. Inside the boxes you can find wide variety of rookie cards and superstars. If you have some time to spare go through some of the boxes. The only downside is prices have gone up (.50 cents per card). They use to have great sales promotion of .25 per card or 100 cards for $30. Bring it back Rob :) Keep up the great work Burbank Sportscards! read more

Horrible! This place has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! Don't even bother coming here to sell your basketball cards, whether they are CLEAN or dirty, they "pretend" to look through the cards effortlessly without even inspecting it. I had so many clean cards with not even ONE scratch or dent on it, jersey cards, hardwood floor cards, with legendary basketball players.and the worker was saying their damaged. He clearly needs some glasses or cut THE BS. Very disappointed I highly recommend another card store! read more

They have boxes and boxes of cards to just sift through, as well as individually priced and graded collectibles. Watching his videos got me fired up and I pulled down my junk wax boxes from the 80s and 90s and sold 80% of them online or Craigslist. Very happy to recoup some monies as thought baseball cards were thing of the past. Wish he paid more that 1/10th of a cent for my really junk cards but is what it is. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've tried other local places and always got the same "I don't need your business" attitude (Sports Source). Well Burbank Sports Cards probably doesn't need my business since they are so big but they always treat me great anyway. They are friendly and always ready to help. I started getting into collecting again right before covid, they were always helpful and honest whether I was there to buy a lot of cards or just some binder sleeves. The few times I've gone to sell they've been friendly and honest. They once offered me the amount I paid for a card but said I should hold onto it since they remembered I was a Lakers fan (which I did). My daughter and I will continue to shop here for all of our card collecting needs. read more
