As well as better quality since it's like a private owned business and not a public one. The service overall was good at this place as the employees were helpful with guiding us to find stuff we were looking for. As well as helping my brother find a new bike for him to ride after his old one fell apart. When it comes to value that is where the problems set in as to why I am giving this place a 4/5. Lot of the stuff in this store is expensive and I do mean EXPENSIVE. It could be close to like 120 dollars for a pair of shoes which seems to be way more than most other retailers. And most of the other equipment could range up to 200-300 dollars as well which can make it frustrating to figure out what to spend your money on depending on the need. At least the store has plenty of equipment to choose from, as well as a range for you test stuff out and other useful features for equipment you want to rent. But I would only go here as a last resort if you can't go to a Dick's or find good pricing.

However, they wouldn't warn you about no refund no exchange policy, while you do the checkout. Once the receipt is printed, they would stamp "all sales final, no refund" on the receipt. Unfortunately, the gift is no longer wanted and I tried to return it while offering a restocking fee. They are very strict on the policy and won't do return. They would buy back at half price. So I ended up selling it back for half price, by just getting the shoes out of store and then going back there. Just want to warn future customers, try to steer away from this shop. Even they did take hundreds of dollars from me by offering both, such practices won't go long, hope everyone not to be tricked by them, so they go out of business for good.

I'm notoriously hard to fit, and one associate in particular went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of Ariat boots. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. Since my size wasn't available in the store, she helped me place an order and made sure I got exactly what I needed. To my surprise, the boots arrived earlier than expected, and they fit perfectly right out of the box. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back the next time I need boots or western wear. Highly recommend!

The stars aligned and the prices were jaw droppingly low from previous purchases I've made here, online, and other outlet locations. The tough part here is having the the colors I want that are on sale and in my shoe size (10.5 - 11). Way too common and leaves a lot of colors that are not anyone's style really. The staff are super helpful and offer to help bring your stuff to the front if you're overloaded with boxes. They even offer to take out boxes for purchases to make carrying them outside easier. Good call! I was able to score a few pairs during this fire sale. Makes me sad to think they're clearing all inventory and wonder about the fate of this particular location even though the news articles mentioned this of 1 of 2 outlet locations staying open while the full price stores in the US close. I really hope this company is able to turn itself around and stick around. I've always really enjoyed how comfortable these are, even if they wear quickly and generate way too much static walking around the mall.

Especially close to holiday weekend, there would sometimes be 50% or 60% off at the sale rack. If you are patient enough to search though the boxes, you can get a great style and color. Highly recommend and would come again.
