I ordered an item online while out of town and had it shipped to the store for pickup. Got the email from the carrier saying it had been delivered so I called the store around noon the day of delivery and they said the pickup would be ready in two days as they had to "check it into the system." It takes you 48 hours to scan ONE package? I'm glad I didn't order more than one thing, it might've been Christmas by the time I was able to pick it up. When I got to the store it was nearly empty. Employee to customer ration was easily 50 to 1 and probably even higher than that. Anyway, went to the Men's department (escalator was out of service of course) and they went into the back to get my item. The only and I mean ONLY reason I'm not blasting this store with a kilo of dynamite is the guy that helped me once I arrived was so curteous and friendly I just can't bring myself to go thermonuclear.
