Not sure what happened here....obviously not made to order. Bun appeared grilled, but was cold, stale, and dry. The meat wasn't dripping juicy, but was also dry. the burgers used to take a while because they were fresh, these came out almost instantly. No bathroom, just a non operational sink outside with pump hand sanitizer....no paper towels. Very disappointed, Was a go to place and worth the drive up from Toquerville. I have been going to the Burger Barn for quite a few years when I ride my M/C or off-road in the area. Today my wife and I ordered the prime rib sandwich which was on special. It came with plenty of shoestring fries. I was disappointed that the fries were too salty. Next time I will have to remember to request unsalted fries. I was there this past weekend and both times we visited were less than par. On our second visit, we waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers, a fry and onion rings. After 30 minutes of waiting, I approached the front counter to be greeted with a "what's up?" From the staff working the counter. Not exactly the most polite way to approach a customer. Upon receiving our burgers, our burger patties were much past well done, they were hard and not tasteful. Paying close to $35 for hard burgers and less than satisfactory sides, we didn't leave on a good note. Compared to our visit from 2022 to our most recent visit this past weekend, 2023, our visit last year was much more enjoyable. read more

The waitress was nice, but what really really made this five stars was the food. My barn burger was delicious and there were so many great toppings including onion rings! After a full day of hiking in Zion we pulled into our hotel Sunday evening by Bryce Canyon really hungry (going there the next day). We were starved and didn't realize most businesses close on Sunday... So, one of the only things we could find with good reviews was this place 20 mins away... SO GLAD EVERYTHING ELSE WAS CLOSED AS THIS PLACE ROCKS! Plus, it's a beautiful drive out there. See the attached picture of the Signature Barn Burger... Sooooo good! 1/3 pound bacon cheeseburger with, wait for it, onion rings, pulled pork, and coleslaw... a total flavor explosion. Have them add pickles to it (if you like a little acid/tart balance to the savory). The smoked ribs were delicious too. Great service and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Burger barn. Panguitch's best! A little pricy for the food but definitely worth the extra money to eat out for this meal while traveling or camping. My party got 3 cheese burgers,3 fries , two milk shakes and a soda. 45.00 I love burgers and this is definitely one that I will be craving and remembering for a while. The fries were mediocre. They were hot but I think fried to long; a little to crunchy. The milk shakes were delicious and tasty on the hot day. Sat out under the tarp that provided shade which is so enjoyable and much needed on a hot day. When we come back for our yearly trip we will definitely come back and I suggest you go try it out! I was in Lake Panguich a year ago, and seen this building, unopened. It saddened me because there are very limited food options out there, and the thought of a burger off the grill made me yearn for better grub. We ordered a couple different burgers, some cheese fries, and milkshakes. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for down to the cafeteria style nacho cheese! The burgers were cooked on the grill, and of course has that charbroiled flavor. They had options with fresh fruit for shakes, including raspberry. To make me happier about supporting this place, my stepdaughter recognized an employee as her middle school English teacher, well that employee happens to be the new OWNER!
