I have been twice now and both times I was not disappointed!! These are the best burgers! You can tell the meat is fresh - not frozen! Fries are soooo good!! Super cute place with outdoor seating! We didn't make it to the food. Our michi was so nasty we decided to leave. The michi tasted like water, olive juice, and maybe tomato. Couldn't taste any beer or carbonation. They're burgers and drinks are tasty and delicious. They use hard copies of their menu and you have to go inside to order food. A little confusing and it took forever to get our drinks but overall it was okay. Their outdoor seating area is on the parking lot and chairs are cheap and not very comfortable. I think if they added a wooden floor or deck, it would look so much better and make you feel like you're part of the restaurant still. read more

Pretty good food. The vibes in the restaurant are great, music playing, fans blowing and good food. Fried pickles are nice and crispy, fried elotes are interesting wish they were a little spicier but great flavor overall. I got the jellyfish burger it was really good but I was missing the savory flavor since it's mostly sweet. I would suggest adding jalapeños possibly. Overall, I would come back and just try one of the other signature burgers :) read more

So first let me start off by saying that their customer service they provide there is outstanding. They greeted us and were very helpful with suggestions on what to order (as it is and will probably be our last time going). The music is great to listen to while we are talking and having a great time. The place is a "hole in the wall" kind of place, which I love. Those are the best places to visit. Very small inside but there is an outside you can sit and play some games. They even offered my service animal some water. Very awesome of them. The food was delicious! I got the M o A B (mother of all burgers) and I must say that burger was the bomb and for the price, can't beat it. Now when it comes to the drinks, they look very good but in my opinion they are not. I ordered the cotton candy margarita (frozen) and it tasted like water. No alcohol at all. I am a light weight so that drink shouldbhave given me a buzz but nothing and for 13 dollars (to me) it is not worth it. (It more of a hype then being great) The cotton candy margarita had gummy bears, worms, marshmallows, those things that are like gummy thin sugar candy (Xtreams I think). I'd rather have more liquor instead of all that candy (oh with gummy bears inside the melted drink. Not even sure where marshmallows and those other candies go with cotton candy. They should just call it a candy margarita. We were looking for a place with great drinks and food and only got one part. My friend ordered a strawberry margarita and she said the same thing that all she tasted was strawberry, no alcohol. At least we tried it but more than likely we won't be back. But the service and food are great! The reason for the two stars was because of the drinks not being great and that is all the pictures were about. Also don't leave items behind. I left some sunglasses behind and called the next day they said they had them. She said her name was momma d (turned out to be a fake name she gave me) so I went the next day after I called and supposedly they never had them yet the person who said they did. Oh well I can alway buy more sunglasses just a bit shady the way things were told to me. read more

Lack of being able to communicate to the owners and management when you receive poor food shows that this establishment only cares about their bottom line and not about their customers at all. Great food and a very laid back atmosphere! I would highly recommend it! It definitely didn't disappoint, that is for sure.

Service was horrible. Took over 30 minutes before they took our order. Food was cold when it came out an hour and half later. They forgot one of our orders and gave it to someone else. They brought all the food out separately so some were done before others even got there food. Had to go up to counter to request refills as they were just standing there. Absolutely horrible service & the food was not great. We didn't even eat.... Not worth the time or $$. read more

We tried this burger place again (Burger Beach Hideaway) after eating there last year and it was bad then. We thought that the sign that said "under new management" meant that this place had improved, but with the same people working there and no sign of new management the food has not gotten any better. They only have processed "cheese" and no real cheddar. The meat has a weird taste and is always over cooked. We really hoped that the food would be good but sorry to say it's not good at all. Very disappointed. We went in as a party of 7, and was notified that they were busy and it would take time to get our good and stuff out. We sat there for 35 minutes waiting for someone to come take our order then finally after telling us 2 times she'll be back to take our order the waitress came and got our order. We then waited an hour and 15 for our food. While we waited people came in after us and got their order first. We were so disappointed and upset that we just took our food to-go and paid and left.... we probably won't go back... it felt like you had to be a regular customer or friends with the waitresses to get your food in a timely manner. read more

They're taking almost ZERO covid precautions here. Staff, if they had on a mask at all, had it around their chins with noses and mouths exposed. Kitchen and bar staff were all unmasked. Patrons are not required to wear a mask while walking through the restaurant, and people were piled inside on top of each other while waiting in line to order...... face-to-face with an unmasked guy at the counter. Always wanted to stop in to check this place out. My cousin and dropped in mid-afternoon on Saturday. Not a lot of peeps. Every server had a smile and was cheerful. Got our food quickly. I have ordered food from this place several times from delivery apps. It was always good. Hand cut fries are the sole reason I order from here. I do not like frozen fries. My husband had enjoyed the chicken strips. We decided to order from them again. This would have been the 5th or 6th time, so enough times that we knew what to expect. The burger was not what we order, fine mistakes happen. But the fries were frozen steak fries. Nope, not cool. The chicken strips which had been breaded in house previously is also now frozen pre-breaded chicken strips. I could go to the grocery story and for under 10 bucks have enough frozen steak fries and chicken strips to eat for a week. This was a treat, it was my husband's birthday. He picked this restaurant because in the past it was amazing. So now we have a pile of food we won't eat. I'm eating peanut butter and jelly. The business also deleted the post we made on their wall, which would have been fine if they messaged us. We pointed out that if they change their offerings, just update the menu. Simple.
