Ordered a double bacon burger medium a Oreo shake and fries. I grabbed a slice of pizza near by while I waited and after finishing that my shake was ready so I started drinking that. As the cook is wrapping up my burger I hear the guy who took my order ask if he needed to make fries which is ridiculous because he literally just took my order. So after the cook finishes my burger the cashier just drops in the fries which took about 5 minutes and had me just staring at my burger that was just sitting on top of the fry warmer. After finishing my shake and receiving my burger I open it to find it does not contain bacon and is cooked well done the burger had literally no taste and the fries didn't even contain salt. Pretty much a failure on every level. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Waste of money

Came here after a beer festival at Industry City and I thought it was great. Of course, after drinking beer all afternoon probably any burger would have tasted awesome, but this really was delicious. It was hot and flavorful and the french fries were also good. It didn't take forever as well and the staff there was super nice. I enjoyed Burger Joint and had a good experience. I remember going to the old Burger Joint when the Parker Meridien was a thing and always thought that was cool. They don't need to hide behind a curtain here to produce a quality burger.

Burger was a little dry. The cheese fries were ok; portion could have been bigger. The cocktail was strong and the portion was generous.

I cannot choke down the $20 like I did the bland boring burger. They need better customer service, better ingredients, papa John's. But really though. It like mostly like nothing, I asked for extra pickles and I think there was about one or two thin pickles on there, no flavor except with the lack of seasoning; it tasted like what I'd imagine taking a bite out of a living cow would taste like. Not impressed, not happy about it.

I'm old enough to remember when this was a "secret" burger that you could only get inside the Parker Meridien hotel. It was a good burger then, and here at their outpost at Industry City, it's still a good burger. The menu here is simple. Burgers, hot dogs, a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings. It isn't particularly frilly, they just use good meat, cook it to order, and serve it up. If you get a double, it comes STACKED (this isn't a smash burger, but a proper patty), with all the fixins. It's a little bar they've got here, and if you're looking for a simple drink (booze and a mixer, perhaps a double if you've been dealing with tiny humans all day), they've got you covered. All in all, this Burger Joint is offering up exactly what they're advertising, and sometimes that's exactly what I'm looking for.

Came here during the weekend for some burgers and fries. Agreed with other Yelp reviews the menu is simple and short. Placed my order at the counter; though don't know whether the counter person even heard my order right since the music blasting overhead was so loud. Order a double patty with the works (all toppings), a side order of fries and onion rings. Waited about 15 minutes for my name to be called. The burger tasted as it should be a- greasy burger with all the fixins' the fries also tasted oily and crispy. The onion rings fell out of the fried batter with first bite, and just became an onion with no fried outer layer (no good). This shop does offer a better variety of alcoholic beverages.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and encountered a small line to order. This is not an operation that's built for speed: there's only one guy taking orders and it took a while to get to the front of the line. It will also take a while for the food to come out but that's how you know it's all fresh. The burgers themselves are delicious with just the right bun softness and patty thickness. The onion rings are the real deal, sliced and battered and then deep fried. The French fries were okay, nothing special. We sat inside and had a beer while we waited for the food, then scarfed everything down. I would definitely go back.

Came here for a lunch with coworkers during our break. There was ample seating outside , weather was beautiful and warm!! Perfect day for burgers and friends . We had fries and onion rings too which filled our craving ! Will definitely return again!

In my day drinking experience I couldn't ask for better. Great music. No food. Food messes up and an old man bar. Chips mixed nuts and maybe pickled eggs. Anything after that and it's a restaurant. Sunny's did not step over the restaurant line. Quiet and competent bar tending. Just perfect. Customers are what I would describe as people that would have never have been seen in a place like this 30 years ago. Furthermore they aren't additive.
