I was told By the offices at Burger King that the burger and all the ingredients in a Whopper were gluten free except the bun. So I go to my local Burger King and they were completely rude, had no idea what gluten free meant and told me that the Whopper was NOT gluten free. I've been a few times since 2015. FOOD The food is decent. Everytime that I've been here, it's been made correctly & quickly. The food tastes the same as any other franchise, nothing special but consistent & I receive it hot. DRINKS They offer a soda fountain, shakes, smoothies, Icee's, coffee & tea. The soda is a standard soda fountain, no issues with the carbonation or syrup. I've only tried their Dr. Pepper Icee when it came out for a limited time in 2015. That I liked but they no longer carry it. CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always received curteous, pleasant & quick service. The old reviews say staff didn't speak english, but the people who has helped me speak just fine. I have no issues with communication. AMIBANCE They updated the restaurant & it feels like a modern diner with comfy single couches. This place is 90% clean & organized. Some of the tables needs to be wiped down as well as the soda fountain area. Overall, not too bad in my experience. PARKING Plenty of free parking in their lot & conveniently off the 101 freeway. I immediately reminded her and she stated she needed to get a manager to open the till. The manager came and stated he would check the till; then later came back and essentially told me he didn't believe me and would not give me my change. After 35 years frequenting BK, I couldn't believe it. He was rude and would not give me his surname. He took my number and said he would call if he found my $10; but no call. I walked in and the fellow mopping the floors locked the door behind me. I went to the counter and ordered my meal "For Here." The gentleman with the mop went back to his duties and an ego with a headset came wandering out of the back and took his place. I went up to get my order "For Here and watched as he checked the board and then stuffed it into a bag and pointed at the door. While standing there I heard this ego with a headset tell the person at the drive thru window "Go away, I don't want your business." The drive thru clock was flashing 3:59 Others came to the door to enter the 'Open until 11:00 pm' dining room but were not allowed to enter. I finished and left at 10:30 The fellow with the mop had to unlock the door to let me out while the head set idiot glowered at me. It is obvious the Management does not want my business, or anyone's business if you feel compelled to sit at a table to eat your dinner after 10:00 at night. Well, fine. Maybe I drove through on a really off day....... We ordered Sausage Croissants, Bacon Croissants, & a Value Priced Sausage Muffin. The Croissant Sandwiches were really dry. I was super hungry. I took 3 bites and just couldn't eat another bite. The guys in my car felt they were really dry as well. They ate their sandwiches out of extreme hunger. Something most may not notice is that there are many dividers through out the restaurant, so u have more privacy than most open area restaurants.
