UGH!!!!!! Note to self and all my yelping yelpers: Allow more then 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. Even if there is only two cars. I rarely come to Burger King based on I just don't really crave it often and they are a bit expensive. (yea I said it) I came here on my 15 minute break and it took me all of 2.5 minutes to get there. Maybe sooner, all I know is it was fast. I am right on the same street. I got in line with one car at the window and one ordering. The car at the window drove off and the car in front of me pulled up to pay. I ordered and then pulled up as well. This is where it took 14 minutes to get the guys food that was in front of me. ( they handed him one drink and a normal size bag nothing like a huge order) I had no choice right now because now there was a line in back of me and a car in front of me. I had to change my break to a lunch all because of the slow service I had. I finally got to the front and it took an additional 5-7 minutes to get a medium soda and a whopper JR. Oi Vey. Overall, it is a BK. What just bothered me was I spent almost 30 minutes to get two items. Not okay BK, not okay. read more

I've been here multiple times.. Each time the visits are about a year apart, because Everytime I come in, it just isn't right. so I wait some time and when I forget how bad it was..I go back... But this last visit broke me. I pull up and order a #1 with a rootbeer, the guy goes " Dr.pepper".. correcting him I say "no" as if me mistakenly misheard me "root beer please". He says no, we have Dr pepper .. that threw me off a bit because normally you wouldn't substitute dr.peper for root beer, but thats just me. So reluctantly I order the dr.p.. I added cheese to my Whopper and substituted onion rings for my Fry's. After getting my food, I reached in the bag and pull a damn fry out... I'm like ok, this clown didn't hear me..I reach in the bag again, pulled out an onion ring... I check my repceit and sure enough he charged me for the onion rings. So now I'm flustered and decide to see if I have any surprises on the Whopper...welp! It was my lucky day. The burger was luke warm and the cheese was still stiff from where ever they get it from..... And just totally unappetizing.. you can mess up on my order, I'm ok with that, but make sure what you give me is hot. When a person comes to your location during the day, more than likely they are on their lunch break like myself. With limited time, Theres no greater disrespect than choosing this place to eat, only to get something you don't like and have zero time to return it. read more

Lol honestly let me start off by saying this Burger King is a joke. First off i received no good morning in the drive thru, second of all i get my food and there's no napkins in my bag. I drove through on my way home the other night. Since I rarely eat fast food, I was really looking forward to having a treat. I ordered the Steakhouse burger......I think it was a burger of some kind. The meat tasted like it was mixed with something, I don't even know what but it reminded me of frozen Salisbury steak I had as a kid in a TV dinner.....need I say more. I just noticed my Yelp review and photo is no longer here for some reason. People need to know! On April 4th (Im pretty sure it was the 4th) 2015 I had gotten a hamburger with a staple in it! Now, I had been going to this Burger King since the day it first opened. Ive had missing fries and etc here and there but I never complained. A staple is a whole different ball game! I took a picture of it and then I called to tell them what happened and was treated rudely so I went in with my son because I was weak at the time (I had learned of a mini watermelon size Cancer growing in my abdomen). A young lady greeted me and said "oh, you're the lady that called!" I showed her the burger with the staple where I bit it and she took it out of my hands and walked to the back. When she came back she didnt have the burger any longer and asked if I would like another. I laughed and said "no thank you, I would just like my money back." She proceeded to tell me the manager said she could only exchange it. I told her why would I want another burger if this one had a staple in it. I told her she was lucky someone else didn't get it cuz they would probably be talking to a lawyer and fighting a lawsuit by now! But that's not my style to sue people from a mistake. Being a manager in the food business myself for over a decade I said the staple probably came off a box of utensils or something and fell into one of the ingredients used in the burger.... accidents happen. But I didnt want to take a chance with the batch of burgers that it came from or any of the produce or condiments it could of been affiliated with. As I was standing there for quite a while I was getting weaker and said maybe I should just sue and turned to walk away. She said wait, that maybe she could talk to the manager again. I said "I dont have time for this anymore, Im sick. She has my number." And I left. She never called. I left numerous messages with their corporate offices with not one single callback! This could of been harmful to me. I was lucky and so were they. And all I asked for was the money I bought it for... no more, no less. Sooooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Now I see why people might resort to suing when they are the victim of being treated so poorly!! BAD ON YOU BURGER KING! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! read more

As far as Burger Kings go, this one's okay. There are certain times of the day when I won't go near it but that's, to be perfectly honest, because I'm uncomfortable with some of the clientele they serve--some very greasy looking men who stand around outside, staring at all the women who go by. Recently, like most BKs, this one went through some renovations. It's an odd design, almost office-like with all these little cubbies for you to sit in. I kind of like it and I kind of don't. It's private but, at the same time, you can't see the front counter to know when your food is up. The food itself is okay. For a while, they couldn't heat up a veggie burger to save their lives. I kept having to return it to be reheated. Finally, I just started ordering it extra-hot and they got the idea. read more

The manager here always gets my order wrong like 98% of the time. When they ask you what sauce you want, dont even bother telling them as they won't remember anyway. I work walking distance from this place and sucks because I normally do like Burger King expect this place is bad with getting the orders wrong all the time. One day I a big order about $40 worth and they missed 2 Whoopers. I had to get back on the road to let them know they missed 2 Whoopers via the Drive Thru window. The manager (the guy at the register) looked at me like I was trying to scam him and refused to give me the Whoopers. This Burger King is giving Burger King a bad name. Our 6 year old Grand Daughter asked if we could go to Burger King in Agoura Hills. We live in Thousand Oaks. No problem, haven't been there or any Burger Kings in years. We decided on Family Pack Coupon- 3 fries, 3 Whoppers, and 3 cheese burgers , added Tacos and cookies. The server was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Of course there is the drive home. I figured everything would be semi warm.. room temp. We got home and plated up the Burgers and Fries, Sampled a Fry (still hot) Great Fries, and the Whopper was like a Burger we had, as kids, back in Maine, the "Governors'" (like an old fashion burger). They do not honor any of the advertised specials, I went the same day that I saw a commercial advertising 2 sadwiches for $5, the lady at the register said that they don't do that. I tried to argue but got nowhere. BK isnt all that great to begin with, I only like it because it can be cheap if done right. Paying full pop for this food is a total waste. read more

This place is always dirty. The workers here barely speak English...so ordering your meal is a chore. And they're always "out of" something or their "machines are broken". But it's the only BK in a 20 mile radius...so we put up with it. Just really an inept restaurant. read more

I eat at this Burger King close to 3 times a week every week for past 3 years since I work down the street. There is a new latina manager, heavy set working today, 11/20/2015 at 1:50 pm who completely ruins my experience every time she is working. When she is working the food seems to be nasty. There is a 2 sauce rule with 10 piece nugget. I order a 10 piece nuggets and 1 bacon cheeseburger and an original chicken sandwich meal almost 3 times a week for 3 years. Since the new latina manager has been working she gives me a really hard time for asking for 2 bbq and 2 ranch packets. The 2 sauce rule applies for nuggets, not everything on an order. Do not eat here when she is working if you like good food and expect sauces with your meal. She is definitely a sauce Nazi. Went into this location to use a coupon from the Burger King application and the manger would not honor the coupon and when I asked why she gave two different answers and none really made since. I didn't think coupons were up to a persons discretion. The managers definitely need more continuous training and be adequately taught about customer service . Good luck read more

Not a very well run restaurant, in my opinion. Two weeks ago, I was handed the wrong order inside the restaurant, and recently it took almost 8 minutes to get my order in the drive thru; And I was ONLY THE THIRD car in line! Plus, my order was wrong and when I called to complain, the manager won't come to the phone, and my requests for a credit or refund have been ignored. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER when the drive thru person hands it to you even if it means unwrapping every sandwich!! Sure it will slow the line down, but at least you won't get back to the office and discover you have a chicken sandwich instead of a whopper! And get a receipt. Or BETTER YET, GO TO CARL'S JR INSTEAD. It's just up the street on Kanan, and I've never had any of my orders wrong there. read more

NO NO NO. Extremely disturbed and disgusted. Not only did the Manager who I believe was named Emma (and I tell you now, I would never expose someone if it was an understandable situation) not only did she have a horrible attitude but she messed up every single order my family placed.. HOW DOES SOMEONE MESS UP EVERY ORDER? Especially when 2 are the exact same but one was incorrect. The receipts were correct but the food was not.. Even the soda. I'm an understandable person, so I could have understood A mess up but all of them?! I was already disgusted by her tone of voice on the intercom, she sighed at least a total of 3 times. The fact that it only got worse made me so disturbed that I refuse to ever give my or any one of my friends or family that visit this exact Burger King service ever again. Believe me we visit Burger King often especially when always being on the road. But after this experience I'm absolutely distraught and hope that someone steps up and fixes this now because from what I saw with cars both ahead and behind me we all left pretty upset and this was before we discovered the mess ups.
