The service was AWFUL. Don't go here. Just go to the one on Kanan. Me and my mom went here thinking this time would be different but it wasn't. It was the same disappointing experience as usual. When we ordered our food, we SPECIFICALLY asked for two chicken mcgriddles and two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins. (They were out of the biscuits too, which is insane considering they don't have that much business) The lady working tonight completely forgot the chicken mcgriddles. When we asked for them, she gave us this. Initially, the girl took the buns and turned them inside out to hide the burns. Having been an Elite Yelper for quite some time I like to give establishments the benefit of the doubt. However this is our third time coming here and third time for getting the order incorrect. My granddaughter ordered a coke slushy with her happy meal. They gave her a regular coke. When asked to correct it they made a big deal about it being $1 more. Which was not an issue on my behalf. When it was handed to us the lid was not put on properly and it spilled all over my granddaughter. No offer to make a new one was ever made. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Leticia was unnecessarily rude to myself and my family, we were trying to pay cash and were ignored at the register but once noticed she came to us like she was annoyed for having to help us. I asked her for extra sauce once we received our order and she was upset and did not want to give it to me, I don't mind paying for it but she seemed to lazy to want to work the register. Please check your mangers and their attitude a very unpleasant experience for anyone going there. Good location just off the 101 fwy. As a result, this location is VERY busy. Be prepared to wait inside and /or the drive-thru. The employees appear to be working hard and trying to get to customers asap. Kiosks have taken over McDonald's at most locations as they have been placed dead center of each location and customers are encouraged to use the kiosks as opposed to ordering at the counter. read more

Made a quick pit stop at this McDonald's on our way to Santa Barbara. It was a joke!! I understand that it is a busy location that is just off the freeway. Taking that into consideration, I still feel like this place should be no more than a two star rating. I ordered two meals, as they come, and it took over 25 minutes. It wasn't too busy at the time, considering I walked right up to the kiosk and placed my order. When it was time to pick up my order the employee was calling out numbers and placed mine on the counter and never called the number. Not sure if she was overwhelmed, still not an excuse for the long wait. I just happened to be looking at the numbers on the to go bags. Needless to say this was a one time deal for me. The manager here needs to be trained in Customer service. She is rude rude rude. I stopped in the restaurant today 11/25/25 (1:00 pm) to pick up a quick snack. The employee behind the counter somehow up charged my order to a larger sized drink. I asked the manager why I was up charged. She said I asked for it. I didn't. I then asked for additional ketchup. She gave me a few. I asked for more and she snapped "How many more??" When my order came I asked for napkins. She reluctantly gave them to me I also asked for a drink carrier. She gave it to me and rudely said "Is there anything else you want?!" If the staff did their job correctly the first time, I wouldn't have to ask for items that should have been provided. Been wanting to try the Big Arch since before the trolls roasted the CEO's viral taste test. Ordered three burgers, 20 chicken nuggets and a large fries for the family on the McDonalds app. Parked in the designated spot and waited for about 7 minutes to have food delivered to my window. Not sure what all the fuss is about out here. If you don't want to wait inside then order your food in the app. It's easy, fast and reliable. You don't even need to line up at the drive thru. Many of the people who complain here about wait time are likely the kind of people who stopped evolving with the times. read more

Ice cream tragedy! The app will let you order ice cream at any time but the biz stops serving it at a certain time. So you pay on the app then go to pick up but they don't have it and don't have any way to refund you. So you will have to contact customer service to get refunded. Mess. read more

Waited in drive thru. Asked if I had a code. I gave it. When I got to the second window ( first one closed for a dinner rush) repeated order back was wrong. Asked me to pay and I said no I gave it in the app and already paid. They said I didnt pay and wanted me to pay again. This has been an on going issue where I get double charged later. If there was a negative star this location would get -***** stars. I usually go to the one in Agoura Hills for an ice cream cone which is $1.42. One day I stopped at this Calabasas for my cone and was asked " small or large"? I was like WHAT?' He repeated the question I'm like large. Drive around after he says $3.61...I thought to myself I don't recall being this expensive for a cone. Drive up and hands me the SAME SIZE as I'm used to getting. I asked "this is a large?!" Say yes. I drive away. Next Friday? I go to Agoura Hills and pay $1.42 and I asked if there were different cone/serving size and they said no. So, on my way to Calabasas i stopped by and ask about the different prices and the cashier (who was VERY nice and apologetic) said oh that's because this owner charges whatever he wants. The whole menu is more expensive than any other McDonalds This is crazy. So I filed a complaint with Corp because as a franchise pricing can vary by a couple of cents but this is ridiculous! Customers beware! This McDonald's doesn't honor nationally advertised prices from its menu. We were rather hungry after doing business in the Calabasas area a few days ago, and this McDonald's was the closest in the area. So, we came and asked for chicken McGriddle, a 2 for $3.99 everywhere. When the time to pay, we were surprised to see the price went up to $5.78 for a 2 chicken McGriddle order (see the receipt pix). Clearly, the staff here missed their calling as avant-garde installation artists. I briefly considered calling MOMA, but my bladder had other priorities. After my impromptu janitorial shift (you're welcome, McDonald's), I treated myself to the culinary delights of their self-serve kiosk. Nothing says 'premium dining experience' quite like punching in your own order for an apple pie that's apparently now made with gold flakes and unicorn tears. The price jumped from $1.00 to $2.79 - a mere 179% increase. Because who doesn't want their fast food with a side of highway robbery? So, let's recap: filthy restrooms that require an acrobatic performance to use, self-serve ordering, and prices that would make a Starbucks blush. I've had more hygienic experiences in a petri dish. I went through the drive-through asking for a double cheeseburger plain with only cheese and Mac sauce to be greeted rudely by a man saying "thats NOT plain". It might not be plain but that it's no attitude to give to a customer. and then he proceeds to start rambling saying OK I'll give you a double but we'll do no mustard no lettuce, no tomatoes no ketchup and at that point it would've been easier to just say plain and then add the Mac sauce.
