Disappointed. Inflation has really hit this place with over priced donuts. I'm sorry to say, a favorite of mine for years, but donut prices have gone through the roof here. Oh I miss the days when a dozen of donuts were a great deal. Now remains slow service and a sloppy coffee counter that was sticky and not cleaned. We love this donut shop. The people that work here are all so nice. It's a family owned business, and everyone who works here treats the establishment and customers as such. They always have seasonal donuts, like the pictures I posted from the 4th of July and Halloween. Their donuts are fresh and tasty; and they also have some food. My kids love getting bagels from here on weekend mornings too. There are some tables in the store, but it's great for a quick bite with a small group. read more

Yum Yum Donuts has the best donuts, at the best prices in town. There are many locations and if in California, just check Google and you will find one. This one is in Agoura Hills and is great. We love the service and the great selection of donuts they have. You won't find ever so fancy and super sweet, 6$ donuts here, they have regular donuts that you recall as a kid and they are all great. Their prices are super reasonable. You can get a dozen for about 12$. They also have drinks and sandwiches. Parking is easy and free and it is rarely crowded. Have the best time. read more

All of the workers barely speak any English. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and they gave me one with sausage. I returned that one and asked for what I ordered but the cashier said that he already gave me food and wasn't going to give me any more. Luckily someone came in who spoke Spanish and explained it to them and he gave me what I ordered but it took another 20 minutes. I've regularly frequented this doughnut shop for the past 5 years and this is the first time I've thought to post a review. First off, I want to say that this doughnut shop sets the bar for my expectations. After being a long time customer here, I've walked into other doughnut establishments from Oak Park to Simi and am always disappointed because the other places don't meet the standards this one sets. I usually come here after school with 4-5 kids. We order doughnuts and eat in. The place is clean, selection is always plentiful with many varieties, and they have a large volume so they don't run out by afternoon when we arrive. They also offer muffins, bagels, bagel sandwiches, croissants, filled croissants, danish, and cinnamon rolls. Not to mention the hot and cold drink variety is plentiful. I don't go for a donut often but in the past when we've come here there was always a good selection of different varieties and they were fresh. Fast forward to 2023 and the last two times we've come here it's been a big disappointment sorry to say. Barely any selection at 9pm and the donuts we tried tasted stale. I hesitated writing a review two months ago when we had our first bad experience but upon having another disappointing visit I feel that the establishment needs to be aware so they can fix things. read more

This doughnut shop has been in my neighborhood for years. I've gone for doughnuts but never for anything else. Today wanted a bagel sandwich. Went here and got the turkey one on sesame bagel, Absolutely delicious. Bagel is good and quality of meat is good. My daughter had the bacon lettuce and cream cheese with cucumber. She said YUM! I want to start by saying how disappointed I am to write this review. I've been going to yum yum for the last 10 years or so. I went in around 1:30am on Sunday August 25. A blue BMW pulled up and parked in the handicap parking with no handicap permit. A young male and a blonde woman entered who I assume is part of management or related to the owners. He went straight to the back of the kitchen and was screaming at the top of his lungs and throwing items around recklessly. This was all going on while I was trying to order my food with the employee. The young male was being very unprofessional and extremely rude to the employee. This is completely unexceptionable behavior especially in front of a customer. The way you treat your employees and act in front of customers speaks volumes. read more

I enjoy coming coming to Yum Yum in the mornings or anytime, I usually get a chorizo in a bagel if you never had it you must try it it's delicious and freshly made. Every time I come coffee is freshly made the staff are very respectful and if there's a line they work as a team and they help each-other to get you out since we always on a rush. One thing I love about them is that I open my bag of my food and sometimes they would drop a piece of hole donut or something new for you to try. I think that's a great way to bring us back that way next time we order anew item that they have introduce to you. Place is always clean and following Covid 19 regulations. read more

This place has given myself and my buddy the absolute worst food poisoning of our lives (both of us being mid 20's, having our fair share of food poisoning, etc). This place is a literal hell hole, and I don't know why we tried it again after another one of my buddies got a tapeworm in their drink. I almost had to be hospitalized. I got the bagel sandwich and a cinnamon roll, almost immediately after we both did not feel right. Later that evening we were both yacking our brains out into the next morning and whole following day after. Do yourselves and the people you care ab a favor and stay tf away. This place was great, and convenient and I got donut's there regularly. But recently the quality has been terrible and the selection has been very limited. I got donuts on a busy weekend morning around 8am and what I got was stale when you'd think they would be fresh. The Raspberry filled donuts that my wife loves turned out to be a glazed donut with raspberry filling just shoved in the hole. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! The guy on the register that looks like he wears make up is extremely rude and very hard to understand. Charges your card and says it didn't go through making you pay with another also saying it didn't go through. When I pressured him to do it again because I know I have more than enough funds for a charge of six doughnuts the charge goes through. When I check my bank account he had charged me in both of my accounts and cancel it both time until the last one, as if he didn't want me to purchase the doughnuts. He was very rude and so hard to understand but when another customer came in he was smiling and very nice. I assume he doesn't like me for whatever reason. The company should replace him so the environment can be friendlier and with better customer service. read more

Stopped in here for the first time to pick up a bag of donut holes and a bagel sandwich "to go". Fast service and friendly people at the counter. Clean food prep and dining area. I got a garlic and cheese bagel with black forest ham, with veggies a with some special sauce - delicious! The donut holes were a big hit at the office. Down the street from my house, and an amazing go-to spot for random late night sinful cravings. Occasionally I drop by in the morning to buy a box for my coworkers to make their day. We spat it out & tossed in the trash. The cinnamon roll was soft & more fresh tasting. We finished that one. I ordered their gourmet coffee, a small cappuccino. It came from an automated machine (pre-mixed powder + hot water = mediocre coffee). It's something I would buy at a gas station for $1.30 but they charged me $1.79. AMBIANCE We arrived after 10pm on Monday January 18, 2016. It's quiet. There was music playing softly but was turned off when we decided to stay in the cafe for awhile. Brightly lit, clean for the most part but some of the tables needed to be wiped down. Warm temperature compared to the chilly evening outside. DECOR Simple & modern. Color scheme is a mix of earth tones & dark blue. Accented by dark wood furniture with faux black table tops. Brightly lit ceiling lights & security cameras. Large plane glass windows & doors. They don't have electrical plugs for your electronic device(s) if you want to stay & work/study. PARKING Open 24 hours & located in a large plaza. Plenty of free parking around the plaza but only 3 dedicated parking spots in from of the store for Yum Yum Donuts. CUSTOMER SERVICE A young Latino male helped us. He was nice enough but was rushing us to order even though we were the only customers there. He has a slow demeanor & mediocre attitude. He took care of the customers that came in quickly & went back to work when he was done. In my opinion, he needs to be a little bit more friendly, smile to the customers & don't rush them when they're not ready. CONCLUSION We will not be back. Yum Yum Donuts...how can I not give it a try?? I've been to a couple of Yum Yum's before but it had been a number of years since my last visit. This one is located just off Kanan in suburbia Oak Park. Getting into the parking lot can be a bit challenging and parking is limited. Be prepared to park in one of the adjacent lots. Yum Yum runs like a well oiled machine. Orders are taken by one employee, customers move down the line, separate cashier takes your $$, donuts are handed over to customers, customers commence yum yummying down. Overall the donuts were fresh and tasty. Prices seemed to be on a bit the higher side but 2 regular donuts plus 2 specialty donuts came out just under $5, not too bad. If I'm in the area again I can see myself nom nomming on some Yum Yum donuts for sure. read more
