Got a whopper, impossible burger, nuggets, fries and cookies. I don't want to waste a lot of time so I'll keep the review short. Hands down the top 3 worst fast food meal I've had in over 20 years. The food tasted like it was meant to be fed to animals, not humans. I know we live in times where it's rare to find employees who actually care about their job enough to put out quality. The burger looked like a pancake with a dried up piece of cardboard in the middle. Everything was absolutely a disgrace to call food. Even my cookies were lightly burnt, like a crispy, chocolaty, rock! Those cookies should have been thrown out, not served. My last visit years ago was even worse than this one. It takes too long to order food. I waited for 30 minutes. This isn't fast food Slowly food

If there were negative numbers available it would be a minus 5! I have been dining in at this place for years. Always the same order. Whopper meal for 2. Always 1 with heavy onion and no pickle, the second whopper with heavy onion, no tomato, add mustard. You would think I was ordering a surf and turf with bernaise sauce. They almost always find a way to screw it up. But today was the ultimate...I go on the app (in front of cashier) and relay exactly what I was ordering. When the meal offer "redeem in restaurant " number appeared, I turned the phone around so she could input the number. As I walked away, I asked for our drink cups. She says, oh no! You did not order a meal...what? Yes I did. I told you what I was ordering...fast forward several minutes of attitude by her and her "manager" to the point I want a credit and walk out with no food! I don't know what the problem is with this a Burger King. Let me start off by saying that the food is great! I've never had a problem with the food. Here is where I have a problem: If there are 4-5 cars in front of you in the drive through lane be prepared to wait 15-20min for your food. I get that they might be dealing with a bigger customer base through all of this COVID stuff, but Jesus, get it together. I've gone 3 times, when a line was present, and each time I'm waiting at least 15 min. The last time I went -a couple days ago, I waited 20min and 5 cars were in front of me. On this night one other car jumped the line and they took his order as if it was okay. It was infuriating and I wasn't the only customer annoyed by this. I would easily give this place 5 stars if they could just figure out a more efficient way to improve on drive through wait times. A note to the managers: maybe see how Chick-fil-A runs their drive thru and implement those procedures at this location. They seem to have this system down to a science. read more

I have ordered two different times (thru Uber Eats) for breakfast to my nearby home office. Each time I ordered one croissant sandwich and one Cheesy Melt sandwich. The FIRST time, the store made and packaged TWO CROISSANT SANDWICHES and no Cheesy melt. Uber made the cost correction. I figured that was a 1 time error. I was wrong - Tried again the next week. I have learned 2 things at this Burger King. Number one, that you should always make sure you specify your order about 4 times- and expect that they'll still mess it up! Number two, make sure to avoid driving away when you receive your order, otherwise you'll be out the item that they forgot to give you. So my mother, brother, and I head up to the speaker box. The fact that whoever was at the speaker box was joking around with someone else should have been a red flag. But we put in our order- 3 burgers, Chicken Fries, and a chicken sandwich. Remember that last item, because the person at the speaker sure didn't. They were out of soda as well, which is odd- you're a fast food restaurant! We were told to repeat our order about two more times after that, and we did, although it didn't matter because she wasn't paying attention either way. Seriously, BK, don't allow your staff to forget about customers. We get our order, with the chicken sandwich replaced by a Whopper. While I like Whoppers as much as the next girl, a Whopper is not a chicken sandwich and it's pretty annoying to not receive what you ordered. But the worst part is that when we were told that was it and were beginning to drive away, the staff all of a sudden remembered our third burger. The manager needs to make sure the stagg check the bags- what if we drove off without our burger? In short, this BK needs to make sure their staff aren't playing around when they should be working. If that means training the staff to shape up, so be it. If it means firing some people, so be it. This is unacceptable! read more

I love burger king and I'm so sad they have such terrible ratings at this location. My review is mostly for drive thru because Ive only been inside a few times. Drive thru moves by quickly and they always get my order right. The staff in the morning is older women and the staff at night are college kids. I don't mind either times but just in case you have a preference. Burger king sends out endless amount of coupons to the house and they have an app that has decent deals on their too so if my family and I wanted a fast dinner we go here. The burgers are good and the dessert pies are delicious. Try the twix pie!!! The fries are the best compared to the other fast food chains but aren't terrible. You can also substitute for the onion rings. The breakfast here is a lot better than Mcds just because I love the croissant sandwiches and the mini hash browns. I'm taking away a star because the past 4x Ive been there the ice cream machine has been down. How is that possible when you just reopened after renovations? read more

I came to this Burger King to get some breakfast.... I went to the drive through.... I ordered a breakfast burrito jr and a chicken biscuit sandwich... the lady at the drive through was nice.... she gave me my order. I drove off... minutes later I looked in the bag and realized that they got my order wrong.... what came in my bag was a really Over cooked and burned chicken sandwich and French toast sticks.... I really don't mind. But unfortunately the chicken sandwich was so bad and over cooked, and very dry. The biscuit was hard as a rock. BK, as everyone knows, is a chain, and offers the same menu: burgers (Whoppers), chicken/fish sandwiches (even grilled options), chicken strips, salads, veggie burgers, breakfast items (sandwiches and hash browns), sides (onion rings and fries), and smoothies/frappes. They have a drive-thru, but the hubs and I opted to go inside to order in-person. We ordered their Original Chicken Sandwich to-go, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a '2 for $5' deal, mix-and-match - YAHOO! Since one Original Chicken sandwich runs about $4, this deal definitely saves you a couple of dollars :D As everyone knows, I love my fast food FRESH, meaning, 'off the fryer!' It's key when you order this, as the sandwich comes out hot and fresh, and the juiciness of the chicken hits your mouth when you bite into it :P The employees on shift tonight, Ms. Kim Le and Ms. Arminda, were both so sweet and accommodating - they were on top of it, and made sure that our orders were correct and that we were satisfied! (There was also a previous customer who tried to weasel in getting a beverage without paying for it, but Ms. Kim Le, with her hawk-eyes and attentiveness, confirmed on the receipt and nipped that in the bud - tsk tsk!). I've been going to this burger as my de facto Burger King joint for 3+ years(maybe more). Service is as good as you can expect for a fast food style restaurant such as Burger King. Food had never been made incorrectly for me (that I've noticed) and I've never had to wait for more than ten minutes for an order when placing an order inside the restaurant. I have been going here regularly enough that some staff recognize me by face and call me their friend, and ask how I doing today. The only gripe I personally have is sometimes the drive through is very busy, and as a result waiting for my turn at the drive thru pickup window takes longer than usual. This is clearly not the fault of the restaurant, it just shows they are popular. Some workers don't speak English very well, and some are definitely bilingual; although, I have never had a problem making an order, exchanging pleasantries, or receiving what I want from the restaurant. read more

My local Burger King. Recently renovated, this location is nice. They have comfy cushioned chairs if you want to kick back like a fancy Starbucks, although I have never seen anyone do that :-) Lots of outlets and they have the newer soda fountains where you can customize your Coke/Sprite/Dr Pepper to add a million different fruit flavors. I am very disappointed in my visit here. The lady who took my order in the drive they was lovely & got my order correct. (I looked on the receipt for her name but it wasn't there) That is where the compliments end. The young lady who was at the window to take my payment apparently didn't know how to speak. I asked a question about my order and instead of looking at the screen in front of her she got an attitude and ask the lady who took my order. Then I was polite to her and said thank you for checking, nothing. No eye contact no anything just leaned up against the register like I was bothering her. My drinks shifted (since she didn't hand them first not complaining about that) after trying to grab my drinks I once again was polite and said thank you and have a great evening to which the girl rolled her eyes and I pulled away. My sandwich I order was supposed to have toasted bread, to which mine was actually like they just threw cold bread on my burger, my onion rings were mushy like they'd been sitting there for over an hour and I couldn't even eat them that's how bad they were. My daughter chicken fries tasted like rubber and also been sitting for hours. This is very disappointing experience and we will no longer be taking our business here. This is probably the worst customer service I ever had. When I came to the driver through I already heard the worker arguing with the customer ahead of me. The ordering process was ok. I was pulling up to the window to get my food and I paused for a second to put my change away and she starts banging the window for me to hurry up. Tina was at the register. Tina is not friendly. I ordered a Whopper meal. Was told the machine was broken. I then ordered the 5 for 4 thought I could customize it. She took my order but did not tell me it wasn't pick and choose she just gave me a 5 for 4 as is. Then the chip reader didn't work and she told me it was definitely my card and that I couldn't pay. I tried again and it worked fine. I don't have enough time or space to really express how awful this experience was. The reviews and score of this location don't do it justice. I stopped by the Burger King in Annandale yesterday (drive thru only, of course). When I asked whether the Impossible Whopper contained MSG, the Burger King employee could not, or would not, tell me. Foolishly, I bought one anyway and ate it. Last night I had one of worst headaches I've had in years. This morning I researched the Impossible Whopper and found it contains yeast extract, which has Glutamate. Never again! And because the employee was not informed, or deliberately deceptive, I will be avoiding eating at Burger King as well. Was her misleading response her own failing, or a company-wide policy? I got a triple whopper with no cheese, and when I went to ask them to fix it, they said, "no it say no cheese we give no cheese in burger" WTF?! After some stubbornness on my part, they finally acquiesced and gave me 2 cold as fuck slices of cheese, roughly inserted under one of the patties like dollar bills being wedged between a fat stripper's butt cheeks.
