You can order everything from a classic burger to their imaginative Levant burger that is made with two beef patties, American cheese, caramelized onions, coleslaw and topped with potato fries. The stand out for me was the Butter Chicken sandwich which takes those classic Indian flavors and puts them on a bun. So so good!! Ordered online, Order was confirmed to be ready at 9 pm. Arrived at 9:05 pm. There was one female employee on her phone and I had ring the bell to get her attention. She then had to get the man out of the bathroom. When I asked about my order his excuse was the ticket printer doesnt work so they didnt get it. He never apologized, never offer to put a rush of making my food, just didnt care. Then he called the manager on the phone for my refund which took another 10 minutes. Again, no apology or solutions offered. B7 was nice when it first opened and now it is just sad. I will never return and do not advise anyone to order from Idylwood online. The food was good, the ketchup however was gross. The plastic ketchup bottles are single use items and it is clear they have been used and refilled multiple times since it's opening. The amount of bacteria building up/ fermenting in these bottles is likely beyond a healthy level. It's not like ketchup is that expensive for a business to replace. I enjoy the changing menu at this Burger 7 which is located in the Idylwood Plaza on Route 7 (which has the Whole Foods Market). The classic is the B7 burger with a special sauce. For 2022, they introduced a new menu with chicken sandwiches (I tried their new spicy chicken which was very good - but not as tasty as Chik-Fil-A). On the plus side, you can easily find a parking spot in the wide lot even on weekends. It's air-conditioned inside with menus that have pictures of the items you are ordering. On the minus side, prices seem too high for the French fries and onion rings. For example, my 14 year old son had a small order of French fries ($4.99 for about 10 fries). We didn't order drinks but my son got an Oreo milkshake for $6.99 and a B7 burger. Overall, I would recommend a visit here to try their burgers and chicken sandwiches. But be prepared to spend $15 for lunch unless you avoid the fries and drinks. read more

It's alright. There are too many burger places. This could be a good problem, but none of them differentiate. This is why Burger 7 in my opinion, is average and like the others. Their special sauce is ok, but what's truly special about it? Also this is a little on the pricey side. I will give them this, the restaurant is immaculate. Always like a clean eating place. Also I'd like to say thank you to their very friendly staff. Their customer service is A plus. You will feel valued here. My hope is the corporate side has some new ideas. Burger 7 is awful. I went in last night on July 9th because I keep getting ads on Facebook for promotions. One was for a $5 burger on Tuesday's and the other was for a free ice cream with purchase. As you can see from the pictures, the $5 burger was on the website today, and the ice cream special was on their fb page today as well. Yet they refused to honor either promotion. I asked for a manager, but they said none was there. So instead they called someone name Ahmed who said the burger promotion is over. I asked why it was still on the website, and why was I still getting ads for it. He had no answer. So I said, well what about the free ice cream offer that was just posted that morning. Again, he said no. This is deceptive advertising, and someone should look into these practices. Now I know why the place is always empty. I will not return. read more

Ever since first trying this place, i've been coming back more and more. The dude is always super friendly, and the food comes out quick. The wraps are always hot, packed with meat, and delicious. And the shakes are some of the best I've had around here. When I asked what falafel was because I've never tried it, he offered to make me one to try so I could get it next time if i liked it. I was disappointed in my visit to Burger 7. For the price, the food quality and quantity was not there. When we walked on in at about noon on a sunny Sunday, there was no where there but the staff. The floor was wet and had a bucket there to catch water dripping from the ceiling. We noticed the high price but the kids were hungry, so I caved to them and ordered. I ordered a build your own hamburger. 1 patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, 7 sauce, etc. The burger came out dry, there was barely any lettuce, and it was small in size. I also ordered the small fries. For the same price, I could have enjoyed the burgers and fries at 5 Guys. It would have been tastier, more food, and a better experience. I ordered nuggets for the kids. They have many options of burgers, chicken sandwiches and appetizers. The portions are reasonable and the flavor is always great specially with the B7 sauce. The burgers used to be much more juicer many years ago and now since they expanded to many locations they have become more dry. The buns also can not handle the burgers meat and fall apart before the burger is done specially if you put several toppings. My husband is on a low carb diet so that makes burger places an easy restaurant choice as so many offer bunless burgers. We have dined here before and had many good experiences. The fries are amazingly fresh and the milkshakes are also great quality. We like that they offer the lettuce wrap, however there was so much lettuce that my husband said he couldn't really taste the burger. This time my burger tasted very off. It reminded me of ground beef that had been microwaved as it has a very distinct flavor (not good). I have never experienced this before here, but we haven't dined here in awhile so I hope microwaving meat is not a new standard for them. My guess is that the employees defrosted meat in the microwave and left it in a little too long. This was my first time trying this place today and I can say that I will never ever return here. I placed my ordered through Uber eats for pick up. In the notes section I wrote that I wanted my sauce on the side. I also called the place and spoke to the person who picked up the phone and asked him to make sure that the order made for me had the sauce on the side for the burgers. He did not listen to me clearly, he kept repeating back things that I wasn't even saying being super rushed. Why are you so rushed? Not like you have people in the establishment under these circumstances. He just wanted to get me off the phone. Upon arrival my boyfriend walked inside and asked for our order. He noticed that none or the employees or the person at the register were wearing masks. Our order was also incorrect. The sauce was NOT on the side despite all my efforts to make this understood. I went to this place when it first opened years back. I recently went back and I am utterly disappointed. I was there on 10/21/2024. I ordered the #1 with fries and a soda. I left and went to a business meeting at Tysons 2. I opened the burger up and took a bite and immediately felt something tasted off. It was an edible burger that was not cooked. Both burger patties were completely pink inside. My friend who I was with is an ER physician and advised me not to eat the burger. I called Burger 7 back up right away and told them that the burger was inedible and I want a refund. I was told I would get a refund but nothing has been refunded.
