Every time I get a burger from here and never disappoints. So delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

I'd forgotten about elevation burger and haven't visited in years as they closed the Tyson's location down. This had a promotion through a delivery app. I got the elevation burger and added mushrooms as well as a chocolate shake with chocolate chip cookie pieces and banana. Both were amazing. I'd forgotten how good their burgers truly were. I love that they're not overly greasy. It was a little strange the toppings were on the bottom but still, delicious nonetheless. The shake was also thick and decadent and included a ton of toppings. I'll definitely be getting this again in the future!

Tried this burger spot because I heard their meat is organic. The burger is not bad but for a fast food joint it is very standard to your other burger places. There is nothing special about the bread, sauce or way it is made. I also am not a fan of their fries. They are more on the soft soggy side and very thin. I tried the Fiery Burger and the Pineapple Burger. The pineapple is definitely unique and great tang to the whole thing. The fiery one is definitely hot with some peppers and jalapenos. It has a fried egg that is not too runny so wasn't difficult to eat. Overall I enjoyed the food but this would not be a go to for me based on the food and taste.

My veggie burgers were amazing! I love Elevation Burger and was saddened to see they closed their Potomac location, as that's where I first experienced them. I'm very pleased with today's lunch. Check them out.

Don't go. I'm so disappointed. I was a frequent customer of Elevation before the pandemic. I don't eat red meat often, and always chose Elevation because of its quality meat. The meat was tender and juicy. No more. This patty was definitely cheap, frozen and no flavor. It was tough and rubbery like cheap patties from a discount grocery. It was similar to a Burger King patty. The change is disappointing. Elevation definitely lost a customer in me.

This is a nice burger place for the most part. The burgers are very good, but my burger was not as tender or juicy as I would have liked it to be (still good either way, though). I believe they use organic meat in all or most of their burgers, I know mine was organic. The fries were very good as well, and they use olive oil to fry them (not sure if the olive oil is organic or not). On the downside, I also found my meal to be pricey for what it was. It would be great if there were some all-natural or even organic soda options. There were some organic juice, milk, and iced-tea options. Overall, this is a nice burger place.

Veggie burger is good. I just wish the fries were thicker. The skinny fries need to be larger or the portion size needs to be larger.

Multiple times when you try to modernize a traditional dish or a cuisine it can go terribly wrong, that is not the case with NUE. They have stayed true to authentic Vietnamese flavors with a modern a very unique twist. I have dined in multiple, so this review is long overdue. I have tried pretty much the whole menu and the stand outs for me are: - pho pate- mind blowing dish, this is a must! - seafood cha gio- absolutely delicious, I have driven 30 min just to order these! - crispy whole fish- this is another must! - short rib parpaddle- love the Vietnamese twist on this dish - Yuca cake- the best way to end the meal! I recently visited to try their restaurant week menu, which was also outstanding.

This place is almost certainly better than our experience. But I can only review the visit I had,…read moreso consider this a provisional review--one I hope to update after giving Nue another try. The evening started with parking at the Foundry Row garage in the building next to the restaurant. It isn't free, and paying for it involves something of a gauntlet of QR codes, authorization numbers, and, as I recall, an app. You scan something when you enter the garage, get an authorization code at the restaurant, and then enter that--along with your license plate number--to pay for parking. None of this is Nue's fault, of course, but it is something customers should be prepared to deal with. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were told that our table was being cleaned and would be ready in two or three minutes. Forty-five minutes later, after standing in the crowded bar the entire time, we were finally seated. We asked several staff members why things were so backed up. The best explanation we got was that the restaurant was trying out a new all-you-can-eat option and was still working out the kinks. Hold that thought. The all-you-can-eat experiment is going to come up again. A waiter appeared a few minutes after we were seated, and I ordered a Wood Dragon--the closest thing on the cocktail menu to a Manhattan--and the Imperial Wagyu Zabuton. My drink arrived about 30 minutes later. It was actually very good: nicely balanced, with layers of flavor, and a very credible variation on a Manhattan. Except... As I sipped it while waiting for my food, I noticed it was becoming watered down much faster than I would have expected. It was almost as though the large ice cube hadn't been cold enough to begin with, or the finished drink had been sitting around for a while before it reached me. Either explanation would be consistent with a restaurant struggling with the unexpected demands of a new all-you-can-eat program. By the time my dinner arrived, what had started as a very good cocktail had become a glass of brownish, Manhattan-flavored water. The Wagyu was OK, but it had some issues. The dish was at its best when I combined pieces of beef with the squash and not-at-all-spicy peppers. Together, they produced a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. Unfortunately, my plate contained only two small pieces of squash and three small pieces of pepper. The portion of beef also seemed smaller than what was pictured on the menu but still more than could be accommodated by the other elements. That meant that much of my dinner consisted simply of pieces of admittedly tasty--but somewhat fatty, even for Wagyu--beef. It was still good. It was also a little boring. Again, I'm inclined to attribute the shortcomings to the strain of the new all-you-can-eat program, or perhaps to the now-late hour and a kitchen trying to wind things down. One definite positive was the staff. Setting aside the substantial delays, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. One of the managers even stopped by our table to apologize for the wait. It was especially nice that everyone was so nice because, with a MANDATORY 20% service fee, they really didn't have to be. The manager also mentioned that Nue is working to expand into the space next door to increase its seating capacity. My concern is that unless the kitchen expands along with the dining room, adding more customers clamoring for food may not solve the problems we experienced. My recommendation to you is to do what we're going to do: give Nue a little time to work out the kinks, then try it (again). There was enough good food and enough promise here that I'm not ready to judge the restaurant based on one unusually chaotic night. There is one exception. If you--and everyone you're dining with--have HUGE appetites, you may want to go right now and order the all-you-can-eat option. For the entire time we were at our table, a young (and surprisingly svelte) couple at the table next to us received an apparently endless parade of plates heaped with all manner of delicious-looking food. Plate after plate after plate. Because... all you can eat.

We arrived at the tail end of their Iftar buffet and the restaurant was pretty full, but the manager (owner perhaps?) was so gracious and accommodating. Nobody else was sitting outside but he had the server set up a table for us within a few minutes. We ordered a sort of deep fried cheese stick wrapped in phyllo dough (can't remember the name!) which comes with a yogurt and dill dipping sauce - excellent! We also had the goshnan, a traditional meat pie with lamb and beef. The pastry was flaky and buttery and the mixture of meat and spices were very delicious. My son and I shared a chicken pide - a flatbread with cheese and chicken - also spiced to perfection. My husband ordered the rock pot soup with noodles and beef (you can also order it with seafood). He said it was very good. Our server was a sweetheart - patient with our questions and attentive even though he had to run in and out of the restaurant. The outside seating is nice because it's set back a bit from the street so you don't have cars roaring by while you eat. The Dolan Chai is not to be missed!
