If there were another close Taco Bell, I would not go to this location. The biggest issue isn't a lack of portions or bad tasting food, but it rather lies in the fact that I am almost always missing a part of my meal. This Taco Bell probably owes me $100 dollars in replacement nacho fries. I have also been missing larger parts of a meal as well such as an entire taco or multiple tacos at that. I typically have great customer service experiences. There are a few workers I consistently run into that are exceptional, specifically some of the sweet girls that work there! They are always extremely helpful, and when they are working, my order it correct. It really all depends on who is working at the time you come through. I definitely wouldn't avoid this location. It is pretty fast, I'll get them that, and if you just double-check that you aren't missing anything or they haven't made your food incorrectly- which occasionally happens if you ask for specific customizations the deviate from an original recipe- then you will probably enjoy this location pretty well. All that has been said applies to the drive through. I would never go inside this Taco Bell/KFC, because it might just be the slowest restaurant i've ever come across. It's a whole different experience in the drive through. Don't bother going inside if you don't want to lose your faith in humanity and maybe even your will to live.
