My visit to KFC Atoka: got in line to order at 6:00 PM on Saturday night. only 1 vehicle in front of me who was waiting to give their order. an HOUR later I was able to move ahead to place my order. in addition to my chicken meal I ordered the 3pack of crunchy tacos. got home with my food several miles away to find I was given 3 soft tacos which I cannot eat, no eating utensils, no butter or honey for the biscuits. I would like to say you get what you pay for, but that was not true. Hopefully I won't get food poisoning from the chicken, like I did at the Millington KFC. It appears to me as though most fast food places have employees now who are not able to multi-task. They only wait on 1 customer at a time from the ordering, to paying, to receiving the food, before the next customer in line is even acknowledged! I hate ordering food,going inside or even driving pass this mess! My husband wanted them today so I thought surely by now they have their act together..."Wrong"! This order was even ordered "ONLINE" and they still jacked up the order,online was correct but whoever bagged the food didn't add a drink to a 2 piece combo(Med.Pepsi) and the sweet corn looked like they all got hungry and ate half the damn corn! We live too far to have to get home and go all the way back after working all day long. What is wrong with the eateries out here? Went here for the 4th time in about 6 weeks. I am a picky eater. I always order a 2 piece chicken breast meal when I go here. Stopped in yesterday to place my normal order and the manager tells me "I don't think we have any breasts". I just stood there thinking she was going to go look and she just stands there. So I ask her are you going to go look. She looked irritated and went and looked. She comes back and says the same thing "I don't know if I have any". After I asked so does that mean you don't, she explained that they had orders in the drive thru. I ended up for the 4th time in 2 months just walking out. Don't go to KFC. How do you not keep chicken prepaired at 6:00 PM. This is during dinner. You should have ALL chicken cooked to meet the demands of the dinner rush. I just don't get it, and this was the manager! Can you get some help at this location? It is not the workers fault and I blame the management team. They are struggling to just do the bare minimum. I am concerned for the future of this business. Rude lady taking orders kept asking "is that ALL" after every single item. Then didn't even make eye contact when giving the receipt and it flew off in the wind. Between the three employees at the window, none of them could figure out how to reprint a receipt. The same lady who caused all that is the same one at the window trying to give us more attitude as well. SHOCKING. Love this location but very bad experience today. read more

This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The wait is long, staff is rude, orders are wrong, food is poorly prepared.

Its disappointing that the area around my home struggles so much to hire people who want to work and leave us to deal with the "dont care" attitude. I cannot remember a time where Tea was not available, nor can I remember a time when adjusting an order didn't change the price. We chose not to get drinks because we dint drink soda but no change in price? The poor girl up front had to relay all nothing but bad news, no crispy chicken, no tea, chasing down the second half of the order etc. If this were my first issue in a while I would not post but we now wont try this location maybe ever again since there is one in millington. I got in line at the drive tru well before 10pm. They were taking more than five mins per car to take an order. After almost 30mins in line I finally got to the speaker. I was then told that they stop serving KFC. I was in line way before 10. I think they are super slow on purpose just so they could turn customers away. read more

Service is slow. Chicken is always dry. I can't even order the famous bowl anymore because they have simply made it disgusting and dry..
