Since Chic Fil A opened, I have seen there business and their service drop off. This morning I pulled in the drive thru at 10:43. The drive thru was backed up with about 8 cars (which is not normal here). I literally waited until 11:00 (one car moved in 17 minutes) before pulling out and going around where I went to the first window. When I asked if they said they were still serving breakfast, they said no. I told the lady I had been in the drive thru for 17 minutes she said "sorry we are short staffed". I would like to say you get what you pay for, but that was not true. Hopefully I won't get food poisoning from the chicken, like I did at the Millington KFC. It appears to me as though most fast food places have employees now who are not able to multi-task. They only wait on 1 customer at a time from the ordering, to paying, to receiving the food, before the next customer in line is even acknowledged! And still, the order is never completely accurate.
