Don't eat here! YUCK! S L O W service, self-service items not stocked, dirty restroom & restaurant, and employees don't care. We saw 2 different employees go outside to sit in their cars to smoke. Meanwhile 2 separate parties walked out after endlessly waiting for someone to come out front to take their orders. In one case, on his way to go smoke, the tall, male black employee suggested to one of those waiting at the counter to "Go through the drive-thru." We waited exactly 16 mins to get our 2 whoppers and 1 fry despite only 3 other customers in there. I suspect the drive-thru cashier took our order but no new whoppers were made for our meal. Manager, you may want to supervise better or fire this crew. We were the only 2 customers eating inside, yet dirty tables, full trash, smelly filthy bathroom (dirty diaper) and no ice, ketchup, straws stocked. I love that Burger King offers the Impossible Burger, so I stopped here on a road trip. I asked for two impossible whoppers both with no mayo. When I opened them, they both had mayo on them. Probably hard to hear through the drive thru speakers with the busy 301 road. It also just took a long time to get the food. Not a great experience, but I'll still keep coming back to these Burger Kings as long as they keep selling the Impossible burger there. read more

I placed an online order to pick up at 5pm on a Saturday. Upon confirming my order and taking my money, I arrived to the location to see the restaurant was closed with a piece of notebook paper saying "Will be back tomorrow ". Upon arriving the next day , the manager stated that we dictate our own hours here and you have to take your issue up with the bank. I am short money and never got my food. Horrible experience. I went in at approximately 9:00 pm on my 12/28/20. There was one family ahead of me and one person in drive thru. The crew consisted of 2 people. My food was cold not appetizing at all. Was not prepared in a timely manner. Sanitation was not observed by who I assumed to be the assistant manager who was handling cash and food without gloves or washing his hands. I was extremely disappointed in my service. I was not given a receipt. I did not notice this until after made it back to my truck and began to eat my to go order. This has got to be the worst Burger King location on the planet. I went there on November 17th at around 8 or 9pm. The "manager" was standing by the french fry dispenser, grazing in the troth which resulted in us having to wait for more fries to be made before we could eat. Two teenage boys working in the back were throwing food and other objects back and forth while the manager watched and giggled. It looked like something right out of romper room. The manager should be fired, she is useless with a sloppy appearance. The girl waiting on us was doing her best in dealing with the antics going on behind her. We encountered a manager named Ms Tina who you could tell she loved her job, the customers and employees.
