I am glad to see Montana allows for dine-in their fast-food restaurants! My draw to this location was location in a large supermarket parking lot so I could park my truck and 5th wheel. Counter employee was very friendly and quick. My order was delivered fast and accurate. Fries were hot and Whopper sandwich was good. Beverage fountain was fully-stocked and employee had no problem offering new cup when I was ready for a refill. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. I did not see any dirty tables and signs were on each table showing it was cleaned and the others were to keep distance. This was a good experience. read more

It's a Burger King right of the Belgrade exit in the Albertsons parking lot it's tricking to figure out how to turn in. If your getting off the exit go to the stoplight and turn left than another left into the parking lot. When I was there the place was clean uneventful. read more

Good lord, this establishment is seriously the worst fast food experience I've ever had--and that's saying something, considering the bar is set pretty low when it comes to fast food chains. The drive thru is God-awful, slow, and inaccurate. Every single time, we have to repeat the order at least three times, and the person at the window never seems too bright. By the time you actually get up to the window (about ten eons later), it's usually some untrained teenage kid who's panicking like a deer in the headlights of oncoming traffic. By "slow", I mean, I've literally sat at the speaker box for five minutes--waiting for someone to even acknowledge I'm there. And by the time you're at the speaker box, you're trapped in by cement, so escape is not an option. Our orders have never--literally, never--been correct at this place. It's almost funny, except for the fact that Burger King as a whole is overpriced, processed slop on a bun. So I expect a LITTLE accuracy; even once in a while. The last time I was there, I went through the drive thru and had just driven from Big Timber with a newborn in the truck with me. My husband had asked me to drop by Burger Sling on my way home, and so I did, even though I would have rather been pouring lemon juice into my own paper cuts. Again, I waited forever at the speaker box before some kid came on whose voice sounded more like a pre-pubescent squirrel than someone legally aged to work in Montana. He didn't apologize for the wait, and he actually asked me if I was ready to order. Yeah, kid; I've been sitting here for an entire season waiting for you. Don't worry, I've had time to read the menu five times, knit a sweater, do an oil painting, and take a nap. So I order, and he of course asks me several times to repeat my order, even though I was speaking plain English. Finally, he said to pull forward, but my order wasn't on the screen. I should have known better. I pull up to the window, and squirrel boy is frantically running around like a chicken with his head cut off, nearly panicking from a lack of training. His manager--a large, greasy, angry looking lady--was at the fry station, helping Moses (no really, this guy was like 3,000 years old) figure out how to pour fries into a box. He's standing there clueless, so she's hauling her butt, chucking food all over the floor on purpose. Why? I don't know. Apparently she wanted to add to the enormous, disgusting pile of food that was already accumulated on the floor behind her. Gross. Finally, I pay, and get my bag of heart attack. I just wanted out of there, because at this point, my baby was crying, and as a breastfeeding mother, of course this triggered my boobs to leak milk like a cow at a dairy farm. So I pull around the building, check my order, and what do ya know; I'm missing two orders of fries. At that point, I didn't even want to waste my time going inside. Never mind that I had milk soaking through my shirt and would have looked like a freak going in there like that, along with my screaming newborn. As much fun as that seemed, I figured "Nope. Nope, nope. No. Nope," and left. I'll seriously never go back there, even if the apocalypse happens and they're the last place to forage sustenance. I have literally never had a problem with this Burger King. It's always come in clutch with anything that I need when all the other fast food in this town fails. Particularly, tonight December 11, I had an excellent experience from the worker Seth. He only confirms my impression of this place as most likely the pinnacle of fast food service in Belgrade, Wendy's be damned. read more

Staff shortage means the dining room is closed. Ran out of most beef meals and almost out of chicken. Very disappointed.

I have been to this location many times. The food is never good and the order is never correct. You would think that these people are working for NASA as complicated as they make it not even being able to get two sandwiches "made your way" as advertised. The buns are always dry and stale they crack and fall apart as you handle the sandwich. They push their nuggets, hand out one sauce per 10 and act like I'm a jerk when I ask why they give out so little sauce? Is the sauce more expensive than the nugget? Overall, I'd say skip BK in Belgrade if I were to give advice and I will never go back myself. DQ and Mcd's do a better job if you want a FF burger in Belgrade and they can follow simple instructions. read more

I go to this Burger King every now and then because it's in the neighborhood. It's usually really clean and the service was friendly. Tonight I just stopped in for a soda through drive-through. All's well that ends well. read more

Went on a Sunday with a friend, and even though there were only three other people in the restaurant, it took more than 10 minutes to get our food. Several employees were scurrying around like ants and I could not figure out what they were doing. There was a constant beep coming from the kitchen that lasted most of the time I was there, People tending the drive-thru were even asking the car patrons to park in the lot until their orders could be put together. When I finally received my Whopper it looked like someone had sat on it, and it totally fell apart the second I picked it up. This would be a place to avoid. It's not clean and it seems the employees have no idea on what to do. However, there's never a problem or delay with them taking your money. read more

Awful, awful, awful, rank, rancid! By no means do I have any aversion to BK, but this local one has consistently, time after time, year after year been continuously nasty. The staff are lazy, unenthused and lack any ounce of customer service. The place is absolutely, top to bottom filthy! See for yourself. Walk in at any time and see the doors covered in filthy grime, fries and mud everywhere, tables that haven't been wiped off for hours and hours. When you dine in, even if you are the only customer, they will take care of 4 or 5 drive thru customers who placed orders after you first and make you wait. The place is so filthy that it makes your appetite go away. I can only imagine the last decade the owner ever thought of cleaning and wiping down the kids play area?? Look for yourself at their kitchen area behind the counter, it is horrid! That is where they are making your meal. Eat here only if the other joints nearby are closed or you have little care for a clean establishment. If I ran my business in this manner I would expect to be shut down for unsanitary environment. Corporate would explode if they could see this nasty joint. read more

After a couple days of no chain restaurants in the Big Sky area, we were ready for some good ol' fast food and decided on Burger King. I ordered the Tendercrisp Chicken Sandwich (plain) with onion rings. The Tendercrisp tasted a little more processed than I'm used to and I ended up trading my friend for the last few bites of his cheeseburger. I enjoyed the onion rings and ended up ordering another small order. It appeared they didn't have any ready and would need to make another batch. I knew it would be a few minutes, but I am always happy to wait for fresh food. When the guy brought them out, he was nice and apologized for the wait. We said no problem and laughed because we had waited a lot longer for dinner the night before! So even though the Tendercrisp was a disappointment, the onion rings and the service prevailed. It was also here that I realized Montana has no sales tax. That's awesome! read more

I came in for dinner last evening and I was told had to wait out front for 6 minutes for my chicken sandwich I was waiting out front and a car that was behind me received their food 10 mins after I placed my order and while I was still waiting out front for mine. I asked the girl who took out the other peoples for what was going on and she said my was not done yet so I waited after another 3 minutes and went in to check on my food I was presented with the shift manager name Zoey who was rude, belligerent , cursed and threatened to called the cops on me because I asked why it took so long and why I was missing a fry which was what I paid for. The worst experience I have ever had a Burger King in the last 20 years of living in Belgrade I will never go back. I plan on talking to her manager in the morning. Other employees were present for the whole thing. When I was leaving the other girls said have a nice evening at least some of the staff have been trained on my customer service. Just so you know my husband and I eat there at least once a week never been treated so horrible in my entire life. read more
