I have to say, I was surprised that I liked my meal as well as I did. Sodas are self serve. And you can get a refill. But they control the machine by having a code on the side of the cup which you must scan before you can get anything to drink. This is the first time I've ever seen this type of portion control. But this part of the experience did feel misleading to customers in general. After paying, the cashier went to the back and didn't return for a while. We weren't offered water or drinks while we waited for the food, and when I tried to get someone's attention from the front desk, no one came. Eventually, someone from the kitchen kindly helped us out--huge thanks to her! The food itself was fantastic, and I'd absolutely come back in hopes that it was just an off day. The hamburger was inferior to a Burger King mini-whopper for more money. Bah, humbug! Shall not return.
