Attempted to order $10 worth of food and sat there for 20 minutes with nothing. When I asked the employee they couldn't locate it and the kitchen swore they made it. Meanwhile I sat without my order. I then asked for a refund, she would not give me a refund because I did not have a paper receipt. Even though I ordered it through the KIOSK and there is no option for a paper copy. I had a disgusting experience with this location. I ordered a whopper and a value fry. There were about 8 to 10 fries in a TINY bag and the burger was NASTY. The only two things that I could taste was mayo and pickles. As I attempted to eat it, it was just dripping mayo. I tried to eat but could not finish as I was so disgusted with what I was experiencing. I called the number on the receipt and of course No one answered so I left a message about how NASTY my food was and said that I would be taking pictures of the food and putting on the internet. They never did return my call to attempt to make it right so here I am. NEVER AGAIN. This place needs to be shut down! read more

The manager threatened to call the cops on me because I got home and found no cheese on my burgers even though I asked and was CHARGED for the cheese.... I came back and politely told him what happened and asked for new burgers..... he instantly got angry and told me he would have to charge me!? That's when he threatened to call the cops on me because I again politely asked him to remake the burgers with cheese this time, I even brought back my order with the receipt that proved I was already charged for it!! Worst fast food restaurant I've ever encountered! On my way to work we ordered inside, I had to bus/clean our own table as there were no clean seats or tables! We were 2 people of 6 in restaurant at 2:45pm. The place looked like a tornado hit it. Didn't even attempt to try the restroom. Thank god for hand sanitizer in my purse! Our order came out and they said they'd bring out my corndog when it was ready. Never got my corndog, so I told them just to give me a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with no ketchup(it was the same price) to-go. Easy, right? Uh, no. Friendly staff, the place is clean. A little dated but clean. I don't know why BK always have less customers then MCD. I asked everyone and most of them said they prefer BK's burgers over McD (including myself). But yet, we still go to McD more often. I LOVE Whoppers!! I need to give BK more love!! read more

Best Burger King ever. The employees are extremely nice! The bathrooms are super clean!

This was possibly the worst fast food place I ever went in too. My husband and I bought chicken sandwiches and French fries were cook in very old oil so it had a bitter aftertaste. The bun of my sandwich tasted stale and not right. The pop machine looks horrible. Most of the stickers on the pop machine fell off and are sitting on top of the buttons so it looked disgusting and old and not taking care of. The shakes are good. I just hope I don't get food poisoning or hepatitis A from this place. read more

I usually wouldn't rate a fast food joint but this BK is so freaking awful it deserves a review. They consistently fail to meet any mediocre level of service in the drive-thru. I remember once I pulled up to the order box and no one came on to take my order. I honked. Nothing. I had time to kill so I hopped on my phone, found their number and called inside. When someone answered I asked if they were closed and he said no. I mentioned I had been sitting in the drive-thru forever. He said oops, pooped his head out the window then said someone will be with me shortly. That never happened. I called back five minutes later (now it was just getting to the point I had to see how much more they could fail). I mentioned I was still there and he said wait one more minute. Nobody ever came on the speaker. It was the middle of the day, it wasn't like they just opened and weren't ready yet. Gave up after that and left. Amazing. Great work BK. read more

I like to consider myself a pretty well educated individual. I keep my room relatively clean and always had good grades in school. When I woke up this morning I didn't think I would be dumb enough to give Burger King another chance, but whether it be out of hate for their competitor McDonald's, or the soft spot in my heart for the chicken fries, I wound up in the BK parking lot over 100 miles away from home. This Burger King forgetting my straw couldn't have been timed worse as I'm trying to not miss my flight in Detroit. I am happy these employees aren't sitting at home on unemployment, but would it kill them to clean the drive thru window once a year?? And consider upgrading the microphone so it doesn't sound like I'm talking through an Android on cricket wireless as their provider. read more

Ok I have been to this location a number of times now recently and noticed food being cold such as the burgers. The bacon is really bad every time. I remember the bacon being better then this years ago but recently its been bad tasting. I thought they were better then the Howell, MI location as far as masks. I guess technically they are better, but then ordering about a week ago, I was able to see the person working the broiler. And he was not wearing his mask, at least not on his face. Very disappointed. When I worked in burger kings in my youth, the person running the broiler was also making the sandwiches. I assume this is still in practice today. So anyone that is at high risk from covid should probably avoid this place. Thankfully my parents whom I care for will be getting their second vaccine today. read more

Unbelievable! So you walk in to a dirty restaurant as every single garbage is overflowing (see pictures). Then after 3-5 minutes you finally get an order taken. Never get asked size, etc. No cup given. Now wait 6 minutes for food. Burger was ok.... fries cold. Dining room with no heat on. They decide to lock the doors early to avoid people coming in.... although most drive thru customers come to the door to fix their orders. Manager just walks past every overflowing garbage can to lock doors.... ignores them. In fact people just leave trash on top of bins...and tables since no room left in cans. Drink station a mess, most tables not clean... floor not swept... but why would it be? The girl behind the counter almost fell because of all the trash on the floor behind the counter! With EVERY possible option for food within 1/2 mile of here.... why come back? Too bad i was passing thru.... made mistake of coming here. Unfortunately nobody reads these before coming as every review states similar issues... and clearly management doesn't read them either or else changes would have happened by now. Waited inside to have our order taken for 5 minutes to be greeted by no one and workers in the back saw us and did not bother to help. Also, as we walked in, a worker started to walk out of the bathroom and then went back in when he noticed we had walked in. We left and went through the drive thru where there were no other cars and finally 2 minutes later the lady taking our order gave us a snippy tone. 5 more minutes later we got PART of our food and we're told to park to wait on fries when there was 2 people inside and no other cars in the drive thru. I just got out of surgery and hadn't eaten in about 15 hours. Decided to stop at this location since it was close to home. I passed up Wendy's, McDonald's, Arby's and Taco Bell which proved to be a mistake. The food was disgusting. It was cold as ice and the order was incorrect. I won't be going back. If there was an option to not have to select a star, that would be my option, however, in order to be able to write this review, you have to pick something. At approximately 8am on Thursday, August 27th, I entered into the drive through at this Burger King. There was one car ahead of me. As I waited my turn, the car ahead of me was not being helped as almost 5 minutes had elapsed. At this point, I backed out and was attempting to go to the McDonalds that was nearby. Unfortunately for me, I was not able to easily find the entrance as I am not from this area. As I was navigating around the parking lot area, I noticed that the car that was in line had finally moved up to the drive through window. I got back in line and waited for someone to take my order. 60 seconds elapsed and NOTHING, so I started saying Hello. I did this multiple times and still no response. After 4 minutes had passed, I beeped my car horn. Still no response even though I could see the person standing in the drive through window looking directly at me. I had no idea if the speaker even worked and was hoping to get a response from someone to let me know to hold on or to continue to drive up to the window. After almost 6 minutes of waiting, a female finally spoke up on the intercom and told me that I was extremely rude and that I could just go to McDonalds! I was absolutely astonished. I asked to talk to the manager and she nastily informed that she was the manager. At that point, I responded that I would be contacting the corporate office and she told me to go right and ahead and was giving me her name as I drove away. I have NEVER in my entire life encounted such treatment! Not only am I a professional recruiter, but my family owns a local submarine shop. If anyone that works for us ever treated a customer that way, they would be fired immediately! After seeing all of the other negative reviews that this location has recieved, I am shocked that they have remained in business. I intend to take my concerns to their corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau. Totally unbelievable! read more

There is not enough time in the day to write an appropriate review for how awful our experience was at this bk. Manager suzie, who should be fired, was absolutely, positively, the worst manager I have ever been in contact with in any situation. I've already called the store manager and district manager and will continue to tell my story higher up. In short, they got our order wrong and when my wife approached the counter and stood there waiting to be helped, an employee shorter " now what?! ". My wife was stunned and walked away when suzie asked her what the problem was. She told her what the employee said and didn't apologize and then simply offered her a piece of cheese to put on top of the burger rather than remake it. When we demanded a refund we were told it was against bk policy. That didn't fly with me, an attorney and I demanded it again. She finally gave us a refund and called me a bi*ch as we left. When my wife called her out on it she simply said we had an attitude and disrespected her husband (the first employee). Needless to say, I'll be taking this higher and higher to get this idiot fired. Do not deal with her. The only positive here is the way the store manager and district managers handled the situation. read more
