It's like the employees paid for the food out of their own pockets. And I order it almost bare - just chicken, cheese and lettuce and they still go cheap on me because I'm not in the store to watch them. When I go into the store, which is a hassle for me, I see surly, unhappy servers and three full garbage cans overflowing with trash to the point it's on the floor. One time, I waited a half hour during a lunch rush, and when it was finally my turn to order, they said they didn't have any more soft shells so I'd have to order it online to get the shells from the other side of the store. I refused that nonsense and finally she walked across the room to get the soft shells. It was so unnecessary and not the way to earn customer loyalty, especially after standing in line for 30minutes!

me and my mom went to go get food for my siblings and ourselves. we get there around 9 and their…read moreout of white rice so they said we can wait for the rice (they said it would be around 5 mins). we ended up waiting for like 15 mins. they ran out of a lot of stuff and the white rice was not cooked fully at all. there was a man and a women working on the line making bowls and burritos; the man was very rude and looked very annoyed while making the food. i had my siblings food order on my phone, so it was only me ordering their food for them. i felt bad for having the women go back and forth making our food. she was very nice and understanding. when it was my turn to order my food, the man took over for my order. he grab the tortilla, slammed the warmer, and proceeded to get annoyed about putting stuff in my burrito. i get that it was annoying having me go back and forth with my siblings food order, but there wasn't anyone behind me until it was my turn to put my food in (i was the last to order my food). this was one of the only times i've had a problem with this chipotle. i'll still be getting food from here but i found it very ridiculous how rude the man was. and if you know you close at 11pm, be sure to get prepared to have a rush.

My mom came in town from Florida and was interested in finding a convenient but "good" place to stop for lunch. I immediately told her about Firehouse subs. I bring my kids here at least a couple times a month to enjoy their fresh subs and of course their favorite is the soda machine. To choose a drink and add as many flavors as their hearts desire is pretty neat. Watching their enthusiasm just to get a large pop is priceless! Back to my mom, she ordered the 12" Steak and Cheese. Now, this woman eats like a bird. Nothing beats a good salad in her book. But, that night she ate the entire sub and raved about it being the best steak and cheese she has ever had. That is saying a lot for this picky lady. So, Way to go Firehouse! Keep making these amazing subs. read more

Had never heard of this chain before and gave it a shot. Sub was outstanding (Smokehouse Beef & Chedder). Alot of good flavor and juicy - though not enough to soak the bread. Cool atmosphere and a ton and a half of beverage choices. Will go again. read more
