When I order through Door Dash, I've been cheated multiple times. Two or three pieces of chicken in a taco, the tiniest pinch of cheese, it's just ridiculous. It's like the employees paid for the food out of their own pockets. And I order it almost bare - just chicken, cheese and lettuce and they still go cheap on me because I'm not in the store to watch them. When I go into the store, which is a hassle for me, I see surly, unhappy servers and three full garbage cans overflowing with trash to the point it's on the floor. One time, I waited a half hour during a lunch rush, and when it was finally my turn to order, they said they didn't have any more soft shells so I'd have to order it online to get the shells from the other side of the store. I refused that nonsense and finally she walked across the room to get the soft shells. It was so unnecessary and not the way to earn customer loyalty, especially after standing in line for 30minutes!

I do want to say that I understand it was very busy, and I know how hard it can be to keep up with cleanliness during a rush like that. I also noticed that several staff members were clearly trying their best and working hard, which I definitely appreciated. However, what really made the experience frustrating was the service we received with our online order. We had placed it about 30 minutes before arriving, yet we were the last people served. Everyone who was in line after we got there received their food before us, which didn't make much sense. When we went up to ask about our order, the employee preparing it was very rude and dismissive. She was making snarky comments about other staff right in front of us, and when she saw our order--which was just a simple burrito and a bag of chips--she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up like we were a huge inconvenience. I completely understand that working during a rush can be overwhelming and frustrating, but all I ask is that employees don't take that out on customers--especially not in such an obvious way when we're standing right there. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even after all of this, I stayed polite and even was kind enough to tell the rude employee, "no rush!!", but the overall experience left a bad impression. Between the cleanliness issues, the long wait despite ordering ahead, and the poor customer interaction, it wasn't a great visit.

So now I get to eat my food sauce-less and I guess I'll have to check every time now. I do not think I've ever been so disappointed over something so minuscule in my life, but I find it hard to believe they can't read the dang label on the box and double check it before closing it up and handing it over. I was the only one in line. There were 4 cars in the entire parking lot. I shouldn't have to double check my order after them when it's a simple order that I don't even modify, and it's that dang slow. 3 stars cause I can't really dock that many over something like this but man am I so disappointed with this store today cause i don't live as locally as I used to, and yet I still prefer this location.
