This location was hit and miss for a long time. Sometimes I would eat there and by the time I drove to the Lowe's across the street I nearly messed myself. The first couple of times I thought it was coincidence, but I quit eating there for a while. I think there was an issue with the food safety standards as far as not putting certain items back in the fridge from the line and reusing the mayo after it has been out on the line. This is a definite training issue: to the staff: I realize it can feel like a rush when TWO cars are in the drive-through, but please please take a beat and LOOK. AT. THE. ORDER. Every time I go to the BK on the Parkway the last few months it's always bad-either the food is wrong, food is nasty and/or old, item(s) are missing and so on but the last time I went last week put the icing on the cake for me. Not only did they get the orde wrong and forget something as usual but the manger working the night was nothing short of rude and hateful but she had the audacity to charge my card twice and it wasn't even the right amount either time (of course both charges were higher). I've filled out a complaint through the app but haven't gotten a response yet so I guess i'll contact their main office this week. I will not go back unless the manger gets her attitude fixed and the employees get it together as well. How hard is it put a sandwich together with fewer ingredients that what it originally is made with? And how hard is it to make sure the whole order is in the bag? read more

I went there today for an ice cream cone. I went through the drive through to make it more convenient. The service is always slow, and rarely ever get the order right. I ordered a vanilla cone and waited about 7 min for it. Once I got to the window, I was told it was $1.30. I gave $1.35 (a quarter and a dime), I got a penny back, which is not the correct change but not a huge deal. After I paid, the employee tried to give me the wrong order and was fussed at by the manager (he seemed new so this was out of hand). I was then given a MELTED CUP OF ICE CREAM WITH A CONE STUCK IN IT the manager said: "you'll just have to give it to her like this". I then took it back inside only to find out that the ice cream machine was broken (I did get my money back). They should have said that it was broken instead of giving me a cup of milk with a cone. read more

I place my order had to repeat what wanted a couple of times. My order was taken & I paid. Then went to wait for my to go order. The people that had oldered before got there order. I figured I would get mine next & be on my way back to work. But no that's not what happened I heard the manager ask about my order if it had be handed out & got a reply of yes so went to the counter to ask about my order. I was asked what I needed I replied the order the manager was asking about. Witch obviously they didn't have. So being I was on lunch I did have time to play around & wait anymore. This place is disgusting! It took them almost five minutes to take my order when there was only one other car. I specifically asked for my food fresh but it was old and cold and tasted like cardboard. The tea tasted like it was sitting there all day and made me want to vomit. One of the workers had her hair down which could have got in the food. The same worker was wearing grey yoga pants which is unprofessional. The rest of the workers was standing there talking instead of getting my food and they looked very unhappy to be there. They didn't give me a receipt and where very rude. Will not be back. read more

This place is terrible! There is no customer satisfaction. Employees stand around goofing off while customers sit in the drive thru waiting. It takes longer to place your order than to get it. No smiles no thank you...no sorry for taking so long. I'm contacting corporate and trying to find out who the franchise owner is. There have to be people complaining and evidently no one cares. My wife and I had the misfortune of stopping here for breakfast. The service was inexplicably slow. No one behind the counter seemed to care (the handful of customers waiting with us were as annoyed as we were, however). We stood for at least 10 minutes waiting for our order to be filled. No one apologized, while we waited or when we finally were given our order. The long wait gave me the opportunity to look behind the counter. It was unusually dirty. The night time staff is HORRIBLE !!! I have had issues with them several times. They have bad attitudes and usually end up messing up the order. The food is always good though, hot and fresh. I recommend going during the daytime. read more
