2:30pm on a wednesday and they are incapable of getting food to guests, this place is a nightmare.

So I've tried twice to give them another chance but the morons they have running the place. Don't even have the restaurant open. 10 at night and now in the middle of the afternoon, they're just not taking orders anymore. If I were the owner, I would wonder why I'm paying these people to stand around there? They're not earning anything. Too hard. You're just paying them to fool around and socialize with each other. You need to fire everybody. They have the most lazy people I've ever seen. They're in their goofing around, hugging, talking, laughing anything but cooking the friggin hamburgers. Anything at all. They don't even pretend to be open anymore is the crazy part. They clock in. They goof off they go home no actual food being cooked at this time. Whoever owns this is a fool. This was the worst experience ever! I thought I was being pranked! I was in the drive thru. After waiting for so long, I thought maybe the place was being robbed, or was robbed and the employees were locked in the walk-in. Someone finally spoke, I placed my order-another 20 mins before the order was ready. I should have cut my losses and drove away, but I stayed. I chalked it up to maybe they had a lot of employees call out and it wasn't their fault. 3 months later, was in the area, tried again. Same clusteref@@@! Service is disastrous! How is this business allowed to operate like that? Why would anyone want to work there? I was telling my son about it and he went just the other day-he tried the eat in instead of drive thru. They charged him for 2 mandalorian meal boxes ($20 each), which he didn't order. When he brought it to the cashiers attention, he couldn't take it off-he didn't know how to do that. Had to text the manager-who was outside sitting in his car, to come in and remove the charge. The manager said he couldn't take both off. He finally gave my son $40 and just gave up. Do NOT eat here. I bought two bacon egg and cheese crossanwiches. As I drove away, I took a bite and the bacon was RAW. Not undercooked. Raw. I checked the second one and it was the same. I turned around and went back after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes even though I was the only car. I walked in and there was no one at the front and only one person preparing sandwiches. We were the only car in the drive thru and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Ordering process was efficient. Got to the window and waited an unusually long time. I thought "this is great they must be making everything fresh". Not the case. The crossianwiches were awful and our hash browns were a pile of crumbled up pieces. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my small order. Burger was cold, fries were old, ordered regular chicken fries for my child but received spicy. I went back for the correct order but the employee gave me more spicy chicken fries but placed them inside a regular chicken fry box. read more

Since we could not use any coupons, I decided to try the rave new Impossible Burger. It did look and taste like beef, although after a bite of my beau's double whopper, his real beef patties tasted better. Not sure if the double patty pushed it over the edge. Overall the Impossible Burger is an impressive feat. If you are trying to minimize red meat consumption and your friends or SO wants a flame-broiled burger (which BTW BK does right), then yes, this Impossible Burger could be a good option. Burger King isn't exactly my favorite place to eat, but for some reason my husband really likes it, so once in a blue moon, I let him take me there. This one was recently renovated and was very clean and decorated nicely - love those light fixtures! We got two of their 2 for $6 combos, so for $16, we got two Whoppers with cheese, two crispy chicken sandwiches, and a large order of fries. Our order came out quickly and was hot and freshly made. Seriously the worst. After trying to cash a free Whopper coupon in the drive thru, I was told you need to log it in on the app. Fine. I pull around and have to apparently download an update on the app (which there's always a problem with). The entire process took about an hour from the time I pulled in the drive thru until I sat in my truck eating. You won't get fresh meat here because there was talk of cooking too much meat so they shut the grill off for the night around 9-9:30. So until midnight everyone else gets old meat. The car in the drive thru was stuck there forever too waiting and so much food in the overhead warmer, but nothing that they needed. They were joking about someone back there smoking a doob. Disgusting food prepared by people who don't get paid enough to care if you enjoy it or not. All these people care about getting to the next order. No such thing as taking pride in or responsibility for whatever slop they pass you through a window I recently took my food back because they served me a burger that was cold to the touch. I could feel how hard the bun was as soon as I grabbed it from the bag. The bun was only moist around the bottom where it was completely wet as if it were dipped in water. It also crossed my mind that maybe one of the employees just spit on it. We really need to start asking ourselves how much these people care about the quality,condition, and safety of the food that we actually have to pay to eat. We really need to ask ourselves if the culture in these places revolve around serving its customers food that they actually enjoy I'm going to assume thats very low on the priority list I don't care if its cheap or not. Longest line ever. I dont like to blame workers, since it's usually due to being understaffed.
