According to one of the tips, this placed apparently burned down. The new building is good, and the couple of workers with whom I talked were on top of things. They were a little busy, but it took a while to get food, and the tables needed attention. My BK Big Fish was fine, but the fries looked as though they'd been fried multiple times. Everytime you go thru the drive thru it takes forever! The employees are as slow as snails. There is no reason to sit for 10 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me. Management needs to crack the whip or this business will lose more customers. read more

This location is just ok. Nothing special. The food tasted like it had sat under a heating lamp for too long. Given the location of this Burger King, you would think the food would have been fresher. Some of the breakfast sandwich rolls were actually hard around the edges. The people were friendly but kept saying "is that all". Honestly they could be a little less abrupt Would I return? The food was okay, but yes, the wait was pretty long, given the few customers there. My biggest gripe was the complete lack of customer service. Instead of "Your total is $6.48 please", or "Hello", or "Good Afternoon", I was greeted at the drive-through by a silent employee with a gloved hand sticking out the window. Apparently, this was in expectation of my remunerating for the forthcoming meal. Great. I hand over my card, a few moments later, it comes back with no receipt. A few minutes later, a bag with my order is silently thrust out the window. No "Thank you", no "Come again", no "We appreciate your business", no "Have a nice day", no "Enjoy your meal"...none of the easy to say lines that would make your customers feel like their spending money at your establishment is appreciated in the slightest. In the aggregate, I guess my experience here was better than the treatment I got at a fast food restaurant down the road from them, who we'll refer to as "MacDowells", where they literally said "Whatchu want?" as a greeting on the drive-through speaker. At this BK, they at least toned it down with "Go ahead with your order"...still not the warmest greeting, but it seems you have to take what you can get these days. What is wrong with the service industry in Glynn County, Georgia? Dang, come on you guys, you can do better than that. Let's get back to basics, and try to make your customers feel like you don't see their patronage as an inconvenience. read more

The service here was insanely slow. It took over 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were only 7 cars in front of us! This location was understaffed with 1 person taking all the orders, receiving payment, and gathering and delivering the orders and with 2 staff working in the kitchen. If you come into the dining room, there is one of the "multiple option" Coca Cola fountains. It had been awhile since I had eaten at Burger King but remembering their tasty double cheeseburgers I stopped by. After going through the Drive Through, I got 2 Double Cheeseburgers. Big mistake. I was partially through the first one when I realized that I still hadn't tasted the beef. Upon opening the sandwich I found 2 pieces of about 1 oz each patties. Knowing that this could not be right I checked the second burger but, alas it was the same. Since I had driven home I called the restaurant and was assured that this was the patty they always used. All I can say is Where's The Beef ? Very disappointed. Will not be back. Sandwich was not worth more than .99 each. read more

Usually they have pretty good service. I stop by once a week to get ham, egg, and cheese croissants for breakfast. Either their drive through speaker doesn't work well or their people don't listen. I try to speak clearly and relatively slowly, but at least once they misunderstood and gave me ham and cheese and then today gave me egg and cheese. When the screen is working I can verify if they get the order right before pulling around, but sometimes they don't put it on the screen. Very poor performance. read more

I've never been inside the restaurant, but have been through the drive-thru during breakfast hours several times in the last few months. I think I'm done. There has been some sort of issue every time: their order screen never works right, they get something wrong with the order, long wait times. Today I got a leaky coffee cup, and the girl at the window handed me my order kinda from behind her back as she was looking back inside - rude! Didn't want Mcdonalds so the kids and I stopped at BK instead. After paying I was asked to pull around because they were cooking our food. Not a problem at all since we prefer fresh food. But when she brings it out the Sprite I ordered was a tea. The girl had an obvious attitude when she told me to keep it. As she is walking to the window to get us the drink she yells at me asking if I want sauce since she is walking to the window. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Every time I go through the drive through, I receive wrong orders. Today I ordered a ketchup only cheeseburger kids meal and a fish sandwich plain. They just threw pre-prepared sandwiches in the bag and ruined our Sunday treat. I had to cook lunch because of the employees laziness. The correct order was listed on my receipt. I called the store and they only offered for me to drive there for a corrected order.
