Got my order fast, fresh and hot. Unfortunately not accurate, but Iwas quick enough to catch it before I was back on the highway. Coming back in, I had no issues with getting the missing pieces, and the employees were very apologetic. I'd also mention that whoever took the orders in the drive thru had a voice made for radio. I don't think that's a reason to frequent somewhere, but it was a bit surprising when I realized it wasn't a pre-recorded greeting. Typically really good best BK in the area. Went by today and got two cheeseburger meals. The fries were very cold and the burgers look like someone took a baseball bat to the after they've been wrapped up? Most likely will not eat here again, which really sucks cause it was really good before this. But after someone beats the shit out of your food you have to wonder what else they're doing back there. Usually good but today I ordered extra lettuce and tomato on a double cheeseburger and got six flat stands.of lettuce and one tiny tomato slice and when I questioned the portion they said that's all we give but I didn't counter with why then when I order the same thing weekly does it have 2.small tomato slices and a lotore and crispy lettuce wow couldn't believe they were ok with that amount it was really sorry any stand up place would have accommodate ans felt good about it as it was not a complaint but a correct observation,,,,,sad read more

DO NOT use the mobile app. I tried using the Mobil app for delivery. the driver delivered the food to the wrong address. when I contacted the driver she said to call the store to get a refund. I contacted the store who in turn told me to contact door dash cuz that's the delivery service they use. I contacted door dash and they said the store ran my credit card so they have to be the ones to give me a refund. I hardly ever go to Fast Food places for food, with that being said I was on the road and did not have a lot of time so I decided to do a "Quick Stop" at Burger King. Well, I should have known better and stayed hungry for the next 55 min. That's how long it took for my Parmasan chicken sandwich to make it into my takeout bag.(I ate in my car). With the first bite I took and started to chew I literally could not swallow the food that's how mushy and bad it tasted. I don't know if it was the chicken (was it chicken?) Or had it been sitting and was warmed up again?? I just could not eat the rest. I waited 55 min. the place was not full?! While waiting I am looking around and wonder why is the place not spotless. We pulled into the drive through and had two separate orders planned out, so we already knew we would have to go through the drive through twice. First time around, we ordered a singular deluxe chicken sandwich, when we got it, it was just two pieces of bread with chicken, nothing else. So we go in and tell them, when we got home and opened the chicken, they forgot the pickles. Second time around we order a 6-piece ckicken nugget kids meal, we get home, open the nuggets, and they gave us a 4-piece, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't for everything else that happened. read more

Improved the outside of the store recently, orders at the drive-thru are accurate now. Inside is usually not kept clean, even when it's slow. Staff stands around talking and drinking sodas while tables are covered with crumbs. Gave them one star because half a star is not an option. read more

I am currently a full time college student so money is tight. On January 8th I stopped in quick to grab lunch for a few of us while I was on my lunch break. I ordered two medium Whopper doubles, the first without cheese and the second without tomatoes. Apparently this was too much information for them to process. It's a widely known fact that fast food employees regularly make mistakes and get orders wrong. Knowing this, I should have parked the car in their parking lot and pulled each sandwich out to inspect them before driving away. Ya know, because Burger King employees can't be trusted to do their job correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't. My mistake. I take full responsibility for that one. The real shocker came when we all sat down to eat. First out of the mystery stained paper bag came the fries. Don't ask where the stain came from or what it was. We still have no idea and try not to think about it. The medium fries that we were expecting had, apparently, magically transformed into two small fries with some empty space in the container. This was considerate of the Burger King staff. You don't want to crowd the fries together. They are very claustrophobic. So far so good considering the fries were somebody else's. I still had high hopes for my burger when I slid the two boxes out of the bag. After all, there were two of them. 2 points for Burger King for good math skills. My friend opened his box first. Aside from the tightly compacted appearance of the burger, something closely resembling a hockey puck, all looked well. On closer inspection however, all was not well. The Whopper Double was missing a patty. Minus 2 points for bad math skills. When he pulled the bun off we actually found a french fry inside. I opened mine next. Initial inspection was good. It did closely resemble a burger. Phase two required me to take the bun off to inspect the internal workings of my sandwich. I say sandwich and not "burger" because that would require it to be made with beef. Pretty sure mine was chicken. At least I'm assuming it was chicken.. The alternative is too disgusting to think about. I called the establishment upon discovery. The girl who answered didn't care. She gave the expected textbook response of "bring it back and we'll make you new food." Bravo Burger King... Bravo... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My fiance accompanied me to this Burger King and we wanted to order a chicken Whopper (bear in mind we have asked this before and never had an issue) due to a dietary restriction on beef and pork. Not only were we refused this simple sandwich, the staff was very rude in the process. Our orders were incorrect and the other reviews left here, no matter how old, are still true to their nature. The place looks old, dingy, dirty and they had trash littering the parking lot. Would not take more than two coupons at the drive-thru window. Said we had to come inside to use more than two coupons, so we headed back home and got our McDonalds coupons and went up to Centerville McDonalds who gladly took all of our coupons at their drive through window. Haven't been to a Burger King in years, they were terrible the last one we ate at. The Whopper was smaller and terrible, well we got coupons in the mail, so I said lets try them again, my husband was not too happy.
