If you're going here for lunch you may want to make sure your evening schedule is clear. I pull in there is one car in front of me. No other cars in drive through or in the lot and I'm sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. The guy in front of me was sitting at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before they even took his order. When I pull up it's the same thing. 5 minutes before they even take my order. Another 10 minutes waiting for the guy in front of me to move then another 10 minutes sitting at the window waiting for my food. Ridiculous. Takes a half hour to serve 2 people. read more

No soap in the restroom right next to the "Employees must wash hands". You think they're washing?? With WHAT?!? No sanitizer in the dispenser either. The BK at this location is absolutely embarrassing. (Hall Street Concord, NH) This is the 3rd time this week that the location has been closed. 2 mornings after 7am, and today at 11:45am. The grounds are terribly dirty, and the drive through has not been updated in at least 10 years. The asphalt is full of 6-8" pot holes. For some reason, when the location IS open, the food is ALWAYS cold or BARELY warm...... I don't know if this is a corporate owned or franchised, but it's really putting a terrible atmosphere into the Burger King name. I went to McDonalds after each time this BK location was closed, and it was perfect EVERY TIME....... Burger King was great in the 80's. It's getting REALLY bad now...... I think I am going to just stop even making an attempt to get the occasional quick lunch there. read more

This has happened before at the same place, but I never complained or drove back. This time was the straw.... I ordered for my grandkids, my son and myself. I called. We did not receive half of the meal We ordered; 2 mozz sticks 1 double burger, no tomato 1 fish sandwich 2 lemon ades 1 coke 1chicken nugget We called several time and the worker said she was Angela. Nothing like a let down when you're craving some BK. We arrived in the store and waited... and waited... to be helped. We could only see one employee who was working on fries and heard another employee complaining about her life... and were acknowledged... but never helped. I stop at the Hall Street Burger King quite often for breakfast, since it's on my way to work. I usually go inside for carryout and order a Croissan'wich (bacon or ham), hash browns, French toast sticks and sometimes coffee too! The service here is usually good and prompt since the place is not mobbed during the early AM hours. I'm in and out in under 6 minutes. The food is freshly made and I can enjoy my breakfast at my desk! ACCESS: If coming from I-93 Exit 13, turn onto Hall Street past Hess Express and access Burger King from the back via the Granite State College Driveway. So, my wife and I stopped in to feed our hungry twin babies while en route home. We just needed some hot water to heat the bottles. Now, usually this is never an issue when we've had to do this before while traveling, but as we left, I found out from my wife that both women at the counter were rude to her when she asked for hot water and was asked "Are you going to buy anything as well?" Before dolling out any hot water. In the past, when stopping at Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, McDonald's, etc, under similar circumstances, we have never been treated like this before. We are always helped and staff gracious. And I always buy something anyway just because it feels impolite not to. Anyway, parents: Be warned! This BK (and maybe all of them), your babies will not be welcomed. Make sure they are feed first and money in hand when approaching register with intentions to buy before entering this establishment. The burgers we got were stale and gross the fries were stale and we literally threw away everything but the soda. ‍

One employee running the entire restaurant. Drive thru took 30+ minutes for 3 sandwiches, since she had to take to order, ring us up and make the order individually. They really should shut this location down if they can't run it properly. We ultimately we very late to our destination because of the delay. Drive through is mis-named here; should be renamed a parking spot. VERY SLOW. Ordered onion rings with my meal and got half fries and half onion rings. I guess they wanted to offer me an option. Looking through the drive up window it looked very dirty. The one worker was unkempt to be kind. He didn't project a feeling of cleanliness. We decided to stop at the Hall St Burger King after finding out that the McDonald's up the street was able to process credit cards. When we pulled up to the window after ordering our breakfast, I was appalled to see a female employee preparing our egg sandwiches without any gloves! She was using her bare hands! I had to wait an additional three minutes for someone to come over so that I could tell them that we wouldn't be paying for our meal because we watched them make our food without gloves. They didn't apologize instead just said, "okay..." I can't believe that a fast food establishment would allow their employees to touch customers food without gloves. That's disgusting! Did not answer the speaking in drive thru, ordered at the window. Asked for a meal, they forgot the fries and said they didn't charge a meal. Manager was kind enough to refund order. Not listening or paying any attention to customer. The dining area is still closed. No reason to mess up an order with one line going. read more

The parking lot and drive through pavement needs major fixing . The pot holes are horrible and was afraid they were going to do damage to my alloy rims. The speaker box in drive through is also broken. Then when I received my order of a grilled chicken sandwich, med. fries and a large chocolate shake. The sandwich had so much Mayo on it it gross me out. The med. fries was bits and pieces 1 inch long and cold. the med size of fries was the size of what Burger King use to be a small. Also the fries were cold. My large chocolate shake was the size of most places small /med.size. also the out side of the cup was all messy so my hands also got sticky. No napkins were given. I was so disappointed that I wasted my time and money treating my son out to this Burger King. Oh and then the young girl in drive had a painted on unabrow that looked rediciolous. Place is empty, which you would think is sort of good.... Then you walk in and they're talking like it's high school. Then they get an upset look when you place an order. They rush it just so you leave quicker and as far as "flame broiled" is concerned... Not at all. I watched the kid take the "burger" from a tray and throw it in the sandwich. Kind of unfortunate I paid 15$ for 2, 1/2 baked burgers with nothing more than a sloppy mess. No wonder they're never busy, I thought McDonalds was bad but this BK in concord is absolute garbage.
