Driving through from San Antonio to Cali. Ordered food on app. When we got here to eat inside. Food was ready and hot!!! It was delicious. Service was excellent. Employee, Dalia, was very helpful, asked if we needed condiments, etc. even offered cold foam on my iced coffee. Finally, the restaurant was incredibly spotless. Even the restrooms were super clean!! Service is horrible went around 1-2pm 10/1/24 and I asked for jalapeños and the lady there was rude huffing and puffing about giving me some jalapeños and an attitude. This was a disaster. We love Burger King, only eating there occasionally because of the fat/calories. We were on our way back to Tucson from Hatch, having purchased our 40 pounds of chili to bring home and roast/freeze. Sparkys in Hatch wasn't open (Thursdays to Sundays only) so it was a good excuse to have a Whopper. We pulled up to the the speaker to order our food. The woman taking our order kept saying she couldn't hear my husband (he was shouting at the speaker) and she finally told us to pull up "to the window". We pulled up and she asked him what he wanted. He told her. She went to get the order together and told him the price. He handed her a credit card and I told him the price didn't sound right. She handed him back the credit card, along with a receipt. I looked at the receipt and it was missing a Whopper. He kept calling to her and she finally came back to the window, saying she had a question. He first told her the order was missing a Whopper. She then told us they had no bottled water and asked if filtered tap water okay. I said that was fine. She took back the credit card and added a Whopper but did not credit back the bottled water. We finally got our order with the correct amount of food, but paid for tap water and ice in a large cup. I'm not happy. read more

Stopped by during breakfast hours, the guy taking orders through the drive through seemed a little unhappy about being at work (like you can literally hear him huffing and sighing through the speaker) then we pull up to the window (no greeting or anything) and he practically threw the food at us, I mean the bag actually ripped when he did this.... Did he apologize no, he looked at us like it was our fault we didn't catch our food! So rude!! Not to mention our order wasn't complete, and our croissan'wiches weren't even croissants! Their holy touch was my saving grace, for like 5 seconds. We asked for no tomato but there was one nice juicy red motherf*cker in there. Road trip to the bustling metropolis of Deming on business. Went here because of it's great proximity to an I- 10 east on-ramp. I guess it's a Burger King thing because there was a wait here too. However, when our food came it was exceptional. Fresh veggies make a good burger great and that was the case here. Fresh, crisp veggies, nice soft bun, crisp bacon, a steaming beef patty (really, steaming hot) with cheese melting down. Sizzling hot, crisp fries. Our lunch was commercial worthy. Wish I'd gotten the managers name who served us. Her crew deserved a notice today. Quality can be worth the wait, even for fast food. read more

Atmosphere: Walking in, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the restaurant was, so we decided to give it a shot during our road trip. They were playing loud rap music which was a little odd... we didn't appreciate the explicit lyrics. The men's bathroom was a little scary and dark but at least it didn't smell bad. The women's bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Thankfully, a kind customer (or lazy employee) put napkins on top of the toilet paper dispensers that were completely out of toilet paper. Not my favorite road trip restroom experience to say the least. Service: Service was good! The cashier was very nice. It wasn't very busy and our food took about 4 minutes to come out. They had about 3 or 4 people working at 7:30 at night. Food: The food came out hot (I can't stand cold food!) and the salad was crisp and fresh. The fries were some of the best I've had from a fast food restaurant... but unfortunately the ice cream machine was out, so my inner child couldn't experiment with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Fruit Loop milkshakes. Stopped by for a quick 11:30 lunch to-go on the way up to the Cliff Dwellings and the staff was very cheerful and welcoming. The women's restroom was very clean and I was surprised to see that they actually had liners for the baby changing station. Everything in our order was in the bag except the dipping sauce for our nuggets, but they were quick to apologize and provide me with extra sauce. Went there just the other day. The food was rather bad as some of the whoppers did not have any dressing on them and they appeared to have been smashed down. The buns fell apart and the lack of any kind of dressing made them very dry and difficult to eat, the frys were so bad I gave them to my dog.
