Now, look this location is a little odd. It's slow, hard to get in and out of, but for us worth the wait. The food is fresh and it seems the wait is everything is made to order, I will not complain AT ALL! When ordering with the app, you are to let them know the code first and boom easy ordering. The staff was friendly and very informative when you had a question about something on the menu. They offer alot of different menu items that I haven't seen at other locations and overall had better pricing. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want it FAST. If you are willing to wait, then go for it! Went there tonight at 9:40, they close at 11. I was the 4th car in line, it took me until 9:55 to get to the speaker, just as I got there people who ordered in the app parked and walked up to the drive through and cut everyone in line who was in a vehicle and the employees proceeded to wait on them instead of telling them to wait their turn. Meanwhile no one ever comes on the speaker to tell me that they'd be right with me. I just sat there with radio silence, cars behind me start blowing their horn like it's my fault. At 10:05, I drive off without anyone ever talking to me. I went down the street to Wendy's and was through there with my food in a1/4 of the time. Time is the most precious thing in the world because it is the one thing you cannot get more of and Burger King on Miami Blvd just robbed me and my 14 month old daughter of 30 minutes of our life. I don't want you to misunderstand me, I expected a wait but I did not expect to get line cut in a drive thru by people who thought they were better than everyone else who was patiently waiting, that's not the staffs fault but it was the staff's fault that they fulfilled the order instead of instructing them to wait their turn. read more

went to grab dinner and took 45 minutes to get food on top of that was missing food and burgers where made wrong. people need to learn there job. to add went to the bathroom while waiting for food and tow employees walked out of the same bathroom. kinda sad just reopened and this bad of service and have employees goofing off. read more

Went through drive thru and prior to ordering I was told by the employee that everything is made fresh and to order but from the looks of things - they failed to ensure my ciniminis were even done.... this is just raw dough with cinammon warmed for less than a minute and shoved in a box for consumption !!! Not going back to Burger King after this fiasco. I ordered a whopper, 10 nuggets, and mozzarella sticks. When I got to the window, the employee didn't know my order, and I had to recite it. After leaving, I got back to work and realized they had forgot my mozzarella sticks. I also was only given one balled up napkin, looked almost like it was used. I stumble upon this BK after leaving the airport. I figured that it would be the run of the mill BK but somehow these guys found a way to make it worse. 6 minutes to get a single Whopper. After I got my sandwich I sat down to eat and my food was already cold. To replicate the experience you could go into your local BK and order a Whopper let it sit in your car overnight and then eat it the next afternoon. Take my advice- go to another place. I usually go to Wendy's but thought I'd give BK one shot for fairness and experimentation. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich. There was a strong air of complacency and boredom from the server. The server was overweight, tatted up, and languid. Your personal style is your business, and you're welcome to it, but as 400 people a day come through your window, the object of the game is to have them want to come back. If you appear to have limited hygiene capability, that is the lasting impression. If you appear that you are bored or confused by your task, then that is a lasting impression. Not appetizing. The sandwich was lukewarm, not hot, the cheese cold, not melted, and the sandwich was dominated by huge glazed, slightly sweet bread that was of the school cafeteria variety. All this for $7.50 when I usually get a much better quick sandwich from the nearby Wendy's for around $5.25-$5.75 The saving grace were the fries, which were hot, well spiced, and good, but not enough to get this experience off the basement floor. This place really needs help insofar as customer service and keeping a clean and tidy restaurant. I haven't been in a couple of years when upon entering the manager was sitting at one of the high top tables clipping his nails and letting them drop to the floor. Ugh! We were the only ones in the place for breakfast on the weekend and it was so cold inside we ate outside at one of the tables. Another reason why we didn't want to eat inside as there were huge spills of soda on the floor in front of and leading to the drink machine. I brought it to the manager's attention as we were leaving and was told she had to be in the office doing paperwork and there was only one other employee in the restaurant who is in the kitchen. Seriously? How long does it take to mop up a spill? Doesn't the safety of the customers, who by the way keep the doors open, come first? I guess not. I love Burger King. The food is always so tasty, and I'll go to them first over any other place if they're near work. But I have never experienced a fast food place that has be **So.**Consistently.**Horrible.** Luckily I don't work near this one, unluckily the one I work near shut down several months ago. Orders: Every single time I or my boyfriend have gone through for a quick lunch, something gets messed up. Cold fries here, wrong drink there, wrong sizes, wrong food, and for whatever reason, no matter how many times we repeat ourselves, the requests we have are always messed up, no matter how much clarification we give. I always ask for no onions, as they make me extremely ill. About 3/4 of the time, I get onions. I wish I could just say that's fine, I'll just pick them off and go about my day, but it still makes me ill. Speed: I'm not sure what it is they're doing in there, but we always have to wait at the window for at least ten minutes while they're getting stuff. And then forget something. Very frustrating. Very slow. Maybe the pay is so low they don't give a crap, maybe they haven't been trained properly, I don't know. I just recommend going elsewhere. The extra pile of poo on top: Trying to get into the drive thru isn't even convenient, at all. Drive into the back entrance to an office depot/max, and try not to tear up your vehicle when you have to take those obnoxiously tight turns in those obnoxiously cramped drives to yell your order into the ratty speaker when your car is wedged at an awkward angle in an attempt not to damage anything. Front entrance? Nahhhhhh, the back way is just fine, completely well thought out and well done! Ugh. hate going to this location. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We pulled into their line with 3 cars ahead of us. 15 minutes later we got out of line with no food. Once you enter the drive thru you can't get out! When we finally got to the ordering speaker no one asked us to hold or said anything. Therefore we decided this establishment would not get our money. Customer service is everything! We had just left a Taco Bell because of their bad service and the difference between the two was surprising! As soon as we came up to the register to order, we were instantly greeted by the manager. She was literally the nicest person ever! She was so friendly and nice, and the food was fresh and warm. She definitely made this experience a great one. A nice friendly face with hot coffee is enough to make your morning a great one. Definitely recommend making a stop for breakfast here! read more

I just had to bite the bullet. It started about a week ago...my craving for fries, that is. I did my best to ignore it but today it got the best of me and there was no more listeing to reason. I pulled into the drive through and figured "What the hell, it's almost dinner time" ...might as well go for it! So I ordered a Jr. Whopper and a small fry. The woman over the intercom replied "So you want a combo or what?" I thought this was hilarious and politely replied that I did not want a combo, but just a small fry and a JR whopper. After waitng about 10 mintes in the line behind the person in front of me, the same lady said "I'm sorry for the wait honey" and explained that they had just been bought out of everything. What a piece of work. I took my Jr Whopper and fries and went on my way. The fries were good, just like I remembered and the delicious condiments on the burger had me wondering, as I always do when I go to these places..."why is this so bad for you again?". The attendant was fairly nice, hence the 3 stars. I don't know what it is about Burger King, but everything taste the same. That chicken burger tasted no different from a whopper junior.
