Since we're just passing through, we decided to stop for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised that based on the exterior, it looked recently built. The interior was just as nice with high ceilings, classy dining furniture, and a few large planters. A few tables were decorated with the BK paper crown (Star Wars theme), which really enticed my kiddos. We arrived mid afternoon and their kitchen and registers were fully staffed, despite the low traffic. Even the drive thru barely had a line. The guy that took our order was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, especially since we had a large order for our large group. I would say the price is pretty outrageous but it seems pretty average, in my opinion. Wait time for our order to be ready was about average, as well. There was a mess up on one of our orders where they forgot to add the bacon. Usually we won't make a big fuss about it but we did have to pay extra. They asked to see our receipt, so integrity goes both ways, I guess. Food came out hot and fresh, including the fries. We found no issues with the soda (i.e. Coka Cola & Root Beer). The food also tasted as expected so it was pretty good. There are separate men & women's restrooms. The women's restroom had 2 large stalls and appeared family clean. I would say that there was an odd smell, like road kill or something. According to my dad, the urinal in the men's restroom was literally by the door so you'd better be careful in case someone passes by. One last things, even though we didn't have to use the drive thru, it looked like it would accommodate 2 lanes, which is great for busy dining hours. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I seriously suggest shutting this location down as to not harm BK's reputation any further. I opened the new spicy royal chicken sandwich and it spilled grease all down my clothes. The look alone made me lose my appetite. I wasted $7 on a sandwich that isn't worth a buck. The Apple Pay payment processor has been broken here for two years! They never have a good excuse for why it's constantly out of order, and it's always in the process of getting fixed. They Constantly mix up drive-through orders. Slowest drive through service around. Everyone seems to work at half-speed. Just an all around low energy, low enthusiasm, zero customer service experience. read more

Ordered two sandwiches, a coffee, and a kids meal. The coffee came out 3/4 full, with red lipstick on the lid. How does that even happen? One sandwich came out with everything after we asked to skip tomato, ketchup, and mayo, and the kiddo fries came out cold and soggy. Cleaner than many fast food places I've seen. When I've gone through, generally later at night, the staff was very polite, smiling and payed close attention to getting my order right. Unusual for any FF place. One very significant, glaring problem: For quite some time (a year or two) their soda's taste like a dirty garden hose. The food is ok but the soda's are disgusting. Dunno why/how something like that can be allowed to go on for so long. Something in there needs fixing. read more

Perhaps the WORST franchise (and that's NOT an understatement.) I ordered a double Whopper NO cheese, "off-the-broiler" (a term that EVERY franchisee is supposed to understand.) I got my receipt but none of my requests was documented on the receipt. I reiterated to the cashier my sandwich request, but he did not appear to understand English well, so went over and conferred with the drive-thru cashier (who also did not appear to understand English well) who came back to me to understand what I was asking for. I reiterated that I wanted a double Whopper without cheese, off-the-broiler. He didn't understand that term, so I further explained I wanted the meat fresh cooked through the broiler, not meat from the warmer drawer. He acknowledged that he understood and then went to speak to the manager (in Spanish) to relay my request. 70-seconds later they called my number and I advised the (4th) employee that this could NOT have been off-the-broiler that quickly, and she couldn't understand what I was saying so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and I, again, explained what my request was and she seemed to understand what I was asking for. 3-minutes later I got my sandwich and left. When I got home I unwrapped the sandwich only to find that the meat was old and dry and, to add insult to injury...COLD! The cheese wasn't even melted! Mind you, I ordered NO CHEESE. And the onion rings were equally cold, dry and disgusting. I threw is all in the trash can and tried to call back to the store to complain. They keep their phone off the hook (busy signal) all day. I guess that is because otherwise they would be fielding so many complaints? This store fails at every level, and apparently has inadequate employee training and quality control. Avoid it if you can. I called the corporate customer service line to relay my experience and asked for a refund, which they said I could have to do through the locale store. Just went through the drive through and they left several items out of my bag. Make sure you check everything no matter how much you buy
