Haven't been to this location in 7 years. I came back after I heard that BK had did a make over on the Whopper. I also came for a discounted Whopper on Whopper Wednesday with small drink and small fries for $6.99 plus tax. Here is my review: The burger unwrapped looks better and all the meat and veggies are neatly stuck under the bun lid The new bun is better tasting and not a Likely to tear or crumble The beef does taste better but also tastes more processed almost like an impossible Whopper Negatives- you can't eat the Damn thing even with two hands without lettuce, tomatoes and pickles falling onto your shirt and staining it. Why? The pieces of onions and lettuce and tomatoes are too large and when you bite them they just fall out. No clam shell cardboard container as promised on TV - instead a Whopper wrapper with all the possible Whoppers printed on the side. The fries are better but still to salty. Why no menu option for no salt? BK and soda - why so small?- Mickey D's sodas are much bigger. If it was $5.99 for a medium whopper meal instead of $7.98 -I might be back. Been to this location twice, both times very quiet even though it is next door to Volvo, Lincoln, Jaguar, Land Rover. Across the street from Starbucks. First time ordering wasn't bad, nor was it very good. Most recent visit from two weeks ago spured this review as it was similar to Starbucks; man of color walking around with broom and dustpan while myself and other customers waiting to be served. Three Hispanic women working, making orders. The one I felt with was awful; no biscuits, so had to make do with the croissant. Busy chatting with the other women speaking in Español, extremely rude. I order no pickles and it come with pickles, had to repeat my order literally 10x, said drink with no ice and they still gave me ice, asked both when ordering and at the window for BBQ sauce and STILL NO BBQ sauce was given. yep did some burger king while in elmford while visiting a childhood friend who wanted me and the boys to come over to watch yankees , mets , nets on the tube but his wife aint cooking and thats great cause the girl cant cook. a typical bk with typical bk menu, i am keeping it simple , 8 dudes , equals 8 whoppers , 8 large fries , 3 large onion fries , 6 boxes of chicken nuggets , 4 chicken sandwiches, 4 fish sandwiches and that should be enough for these animals. folks it burger king and thats what the boys want and for 140 bucks i made it happen.i still prefer a good flame burger on occasion and even though its not prepared like the old days , i still can have my guilty pleasure and eat it too. read more

I went there with my family today 11/3/2022, we ask for a búfalo sauce , but the búfalo sauce was expired , my Daughter went and ask for a new one , but it was expired too , so I went to the counter and ask if they please could give a new búfalo sauce because was second time i open 1 and they were expired , the lady at the counter said she couldn't be opening every single sauce , not even sorry , all the búfalo sauces were new but inflated you could tell they were all expired , I told the Lady at the counter they shouldn't be serving expired sauce and she said i dont know , the manager came up to me , not even sorry for the inconvenience or let me see if we have a different box of búfalo sauce .. read more

Hello Burger King, for the first time in lord knows how many years. We consciously decided to make this really poor dietary decision after futzing around in Bed, Bath, & Beyond yesterday. What can I say, the fried smell wafting out of the vents is pretty hard to pass up once you lock onto it. We went with a Whopper and onion rings. Standard BK quality, exactly like I remember. While it was an OK experience at the moment, I'm pretty sure that whenever you eat a meal here you're seriously taking a week or two off your life span. That pink slime, salt, and fat combination is really not a good prescription for longevity. Hopefully I wont be back for another 15 years. read more

Wow! I am very pleased with the service I received this evening. I was actually impressed with how clean this location was, both inside and out. The staff were very pleasant. There are two Burger Kings by where I live and they are not well kept at all and the workers always have bad attitudes. The parking lot has trash everywhere and the garbage cans are always overflowing, but not this location! I honestly don't mind driving the extra 13 miles, to be exact, for the quality of food and service. Thank you! read more

Came here with my mom for a quick bite to eat. 2 whopper jr.and sm fries and onion rings. For $6.75 it was a good deal. They have renovated to entire inside. They have a center with high stools and a couple of tables. I always found them friendly and service was fast. read more

This is by far the worst Burger King I've been to. I base a lot of my ratings off of food quality with overall experience coming at a distant second. I generally come here late nights and use the drive-thru, but no matter what time of day I decide to go the food is mediocre. I recommend this Burger King during a hot day in mid July because their burgers are frigid. Everything will come out cold no matter what. I've ordered burgers, fries, nuggets, chicken fries from multiple locations and I've never had such ill prepared food from Burger King until these guys opened up after their renovations. Not only is everything luke-warm at best, but the quality of the burger assembly is just poor as well. The only redeeming qualities of this particular BK are the recent renovations and good/decent customer service and managers. I've seen them handle upset customers pretty well and I've never had a problem with the service. This is why this BK gets 2 stars instead of 1. Dear BK in Elmsford. Just went through the drive thru and ordered my sandwich with extra onions and pickles. They tried to pull a fast one by giving me hot fries, but my sandwich was not the way I asked for it and clearly one that had been sitting out. Depending on the role and who is working your food will either be mediocre or inedible. Glad i had a coupon or I would have been even more pissed than I am. read more

And as it turns out, one swipe was through a skimming device and the other swipe was to pay because my debit card was then used for over $300 in fraudulent purchases. Here is the Question.... How can an establishment which is operated by corporate rules and practices get anything but 5 stars if they are following what they are mandated to follow? I am not trying to get philosophical here. Just trying to figure out how a place could be so bad. Went in for breakfast for a Crossant'wich and a coffee. Got on line and two cashiers become available at the same time. So the one that appeared to be a manager (don't ask me how I know) snickers, looks at the other cashier and nods that she should take care of me. OK. Fine. But why all the snickers? Do I have two heads? I think I left my second head at home so that couldn't be the problem. So I ask the cashier for a Croissant'wich and a small coffee. She responds: You want a croissant? Her pronunciation was so poor that I could barely make out what she said. I said no, I want a ham Croissant'wich. To which she responds: A croissant? So I point to the menu that says "Croissant'wich" I said to her you guys named the sandwich, I am just ordering what it says on your menu. So she asks me, ham or bacon? I said Ham please. I pay and she gives me a number. (So you think this is it, that it's over??? Nah!) My number gets called and I hear ham croissant'wich. I sit down and open it up and there is a ham croissant'wich with no cheese. I brought it up to them and said, this has no cheese. "Oh, you wanted cheese" she responded. Yes, it comes with cheese I responded. So she slaps a piece of cold cheese on my hot sandwich. So I said, I would like the cheese melted. She says: "Melted? some people don't want it melted." Really? Some people come up to the counter and say, "A crossant'wich with ham, please don't melt the cheese" Is that what they say? Really??? So she pops it into a microwave-type machine and heats it up and hands it to me. A 5 minute purchase became the 15 minute saga. Unbelievable. The inarticulateness of this "order taker" was incredible. I asked for her name and she repeated it twice and I still couldn't make out the gibberish out of her mouth. (BTW, I am not deaf, or hard of hearing) But I will tell you this, if there was a make-up application contest she would do really well. Every stroke of her make-up was perfectly applied. Maybe she should be in a department store selling makeup if she could pronounce the name of the brand. Burger King you can do better than this. Hire some people who have brains and some acumen regarding customer service. read more

Wow! Sat at drive through for 20 minutes and paid extra for cheese when I did not even order it. When it was my turn at the pickup window the lady asked what I ordered and then proceeded to tell me that she gave it to the car in front of me. I continued to wait while they made my food, again. I asked the manager if I could have onion rings since I waited nearly 20 minutes and she said no. I actually pulled around and went in to ask her why she would not give me a free onion ring after waiting 20 minutes. She told me it wasn't their fault and sometimes people have large orders. I told her that it was their fault and that they gave my food away. Long story short- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BOTH THE STAFF AND ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER MAIA. I ordered my meal and ask politely if they can throw away a cup with soda I had from the previous order the day before and was told with an attitude to go to the next window. Strange enough, at the next window was the same person, she walked from window 1 to window 2, and refused to throw the cup away in front of the manager. I put my cup by the window cill and said just throw it away. She grab the cup with frustration which was half full and threw the drink on my face. She was immediately fired. It's a shame employees with such behavior and it is a concern when we have these type of people in our community serving us. Ever since they re-opened, not one order of mine has been done right. I've actually been given "burgers" that were just the bun, some lettuce and mayo (even after I specifically asked for no mayo) with no patty what so ever when I ordered the veggie burger (I guess they don't know they have veggie patties that make it a veggie burger?). I've seen them hand someone a vanilla shake when said patron ordered a chocolate shake, and then the staff member had the nerve to tell them, "no, that's what you ordered" when corrected on their mistake. The staff have reeked of drugs and had bloodshot eyes when I went one evening (and the last time I will ever deal with that place). You don't have to.be a rocket scientist to work here, but you also can't have the IQ of mud either, which it seems some of these people have. The sad thing is, when I was a teenager, I used to go here religiously. Now, it pains me to say that I highly recommend you stay very far away from this place. read more

The food is here standard BK, but the service is terrible. They hire ghetto trash to work here, and don't seem to care. They eat behind the counter when they think management isn't watching, openly talk about going out on weekends and what drugs they've been "f*cked up" on in front of the customer, and are obviously overly staffed. They could fire half of the staff, and still have people standing around doing nothing. There is a little old hispanic woman there with an attitude, and makes you poor out your drink if you don't get the "right one" (coffee machine next to the soft drinks). The least they could do is have a sign saying this. I'd suggest going through the drive through, so you might halfway enjoy your experience here. I wouldn't advise wasting money here at all though. There are plenty of options a little down the road. read more
