Ordered on line , drive through pick up - I ordered 2 Hamburgers . Price was low, but couldn't believe when I opened the bag they were slider size? The CEO's and management should correct their online menu!!!!! When I called to express my disappointment in the mistake, I was told Burger King does not sell sliders , and what I got was diffidently Hamburgers. Stood there, waited at the cash register for somebody to do my order. Even the big guy was there inspecting the store and nobody waited on us. If you do not want customer service acknowledgment, or do not want great customer service then this is the place for you. I would highly recommend not going to this Burger King. read more

Let me start by saying this, we show up at 4:20PM (nice). I was taking care of 8 hangry women which nearly killed me after I couldn't open the door to get a delicious whopper. To add to the stress, I was writing my 2nd doctoral dissertation (to become Dr. Dr. Poopy McPooperton MD JD PhD MBA RN). Can't believe they wouldn't serve a distinguished Doctor, professor, lawyer, businessman, Registered nurse and most importantly volunteer women's golf coach. Lately very slow, probably undermanned. Last time with 4-5 cars on the drive thru, 34 minute wait. No one got served, no one got told anything, and eventually everyone back up and left. read more

Took forever to get 2 sandwiches. The one was suppose to have lettuce , tomato and ketchup. Only have lettuce and ketchup and the bun was so burndt couldn't even eat it. The Italian was suppose to have light marraina and had none. read more

The food is fine here but the service is slow as heck. If there is a car in the drivethru just keep going. If you order chicken nuggets absolutely do not plan on getting your sauces. Otherwise the food is OK, just very slow. read more

Pretty sad. Ordered a whopper, They want to charge $.50 for an extra tomato. No thanks. I open the whopper up, a few sad pieces of lettuce and a quarter sized tomato. I remember when Burger King was all about "have it your way ". Not anymore. read more

Terrible! Finally tried it for the first time after avoiding it despite it being the "renovated new location" and it was absolute crap, the chicken nuggets were dry and tasted like rubber and the fries, the only thing I went there for, were burnt and dry and just crap. Hate and will forever go to the other location. read more

We rarely do fast food...very rarely. Friends idea here after our barrelracing event today for quik in/out sandwich. Was real good choice. They even made me a special double size sundae which we felt privileged to get. Good sandwich and other food items we had also. But I do not plan to return. Not our kind of stop normally. Went through the drive through on my way through town. They had forgotten a burger for our order so we went inside to ask for it and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a free drink. They were very polite and quickly got us the burger we were missing. Great food and great service. read more

Every time I go to this establishment my order is incorrect. This time I got charged for a Big Fish and didn't receive it. I requested sauces for my chicken nuggets and received none. Also the clerk wasn't very patient. Don't go to this junk restaurant is my recommendation. read more

I'd give negative 10 stars if I could! My husband used a coupon for a $3 double cheeseburger combo. And he ordered it plain. Well they gave us a 2 bacon cheeseburger combo with his combo. I called to complain that Not only was my order wrong, but they overcharged me for the wrong order. They told me to come back and they would give us our food for free. My husband goes back, while his food is getting cold, and the manager, Michaela gives major attitude. She shows him a different coupon and says this is what he gave her. Even though it was the wrong coupon, and she wasn't the one who took the order. My husband asks to be refunded because order was wrong, we were overcharged, and his food got cold and she said we got to keep the wrong food so she wasn't refunding our money. He told her we don't want that food. It's not what we ordered. So she grabs the bag and throws it in the trash. Gives him another bag when she brings home and is the wrong order AGAIN!!!!! So we called corporate office, and was assured the owner and store manager would contact us. However we have received NOTHING!! We will NEVER eat here again!! Awful food, awful service and she should NEVER work in this line of work. My Husband used to work fast food in management and was literally SHOCKED at our treatment. read more
