Almost all of the time they get one of the sandwiches orders wrong, regardless of how busy or slow they are. I have been there when they were busy and when we were the only customers there. And something is always wrong. For the kids, if you order a Kids Pack be aware that to kids get no toy and they don't give you an option to choose anything. They charge you for a quarter or a sandwich and chips and a drink. It's confusing and poor customer service. For the customer service, they are never in any kind of a hurry when they are very busy. The folks making the sandwiches joke around and slow things down. They don't pay attention and usually mess a part of the order up. The friendliness factor is not there. And when the folks on the "sandwich line" get overwhelmed with orders, the person on the register will stand there and stare at everyone instead of jumping in to help their co-workers out, which in turn, slows things even more.
