Everything is made in-house, you can taste the care, the quality, the cohesion. It's hearty, it's flavorful, it's that "sit back in your seat and stare at your food for a second" kind of good. Both were prepared to order and our meals came out super hot. Burgers were delicious and for sure filled us up. Fries were awesome. Almost all of the time they get one of the sandwiches orders wrong, regardless of how busy or slow they are. I have been there when they were busy and when we were the only customers there. And something is always wrong. For the kids, if you order a Kids Pack be aware that to kids get no toy and they don't give you an option to choose anything. They charge you for a quarter or a sandwich and chips and a drink. It's confusing and poor customer service. For the customer service, they are never in any kind of a hurry when they are very busy. The folks making the sandwiches joke around and slow things down. They don't pay attention and usually mess a part of the order up. The friendliness factor is not there. And when the folks on the "sandwich line" get overwhelmed with orders, the person on the register will stand there and stare at everyone instead of jumping in to help their co-workers out, which in turn, slows things even more. I hate giving bad reviews. But, it's clean and you probably won't get sick. So there is that.

This is a common occurrence at this place, the payment screens don't work so the employees have to take the payment inside and do it. After 40 minutes, there was still no food. We had tried pressing the red button again about halfway though but no answer . Since we had not payed and there was still no food, we decided to leave. I have been to this location probably 50 times since I am from this town, and it is a popular spot for young adults. But i will not be returning for a while.
