The employees were happy, singing and having fun in the back. I tried their new cheez it tostada and I didn't love it. It was a cool concept for sure. Overall their service was super fast, and they didn't mess anything up. About half of the time they mess a thing up or two but not today. The roads are dangerous and the train is loud, on the other hand their music selection was decent. The employees seem genuine and happy. This review is for the new Taco Bell on Gardner Road. A month ago I would've given you five stars no hesitation but last week when I got my weekly nacho Bell grande, the meat and there was no cheese sauce. Tonight, the meat was totally missing, the cheese sauce was totally missing. They were only two very small little pieces of tomato and half the chips that I normally get with this. Else.. a shame. I was so happy to see you put story in because the other Taco Bell is so dreadful. Now, unfortunately, it appears that we have two dreadful Taco Bell's in the same town. I don't like getting ripped off. I don't like that at all. And I don't like my friends getting ripped off. Went to grab some Taco Bell late at night around 10:45 and when I got there everything was closed down. The interior was all put up, menu lights were off and no one responding at the drive through even though employees were inside and they close at 12/midnight. This place never changes. This TB/KFC location opened two weeks ago after being remodeled. The service at the counter was friendly and fairly fast, while the dining area was clean and new. The food was standard TB, but maybe a little low on meat. Overall, not bad. read more

I ordered a blast and the girl charged me and when she gave me my DRINK. It was just a regular Mountain Dew drink. Might be the worst Taco Bell/KFC location I've ever been to. The restaurant looks dilapidated, and the parking lot has ruts that can damage your suspension as you drive through and park in the lot. I've heard that they are doing some improvements to the property, but I haven't been back in awhile to know. I've had some issues with food orders being correct, which is just a result of the staff that consists of high schoolers who may not be well managed. I like KFC's food, but would drive to Olathe to get it versus going back here. I hate to give anyone a negative review, but I would choose any other fast food restaurant in Gardner over this one. read more

Absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Order was wrong. When I went back, the manager "Robert" refused to speak with me because he was "too busy". He did manage, however, to shoot me several dirty looks, slam things around and badmouth me to other employees as he prepared the correct food for me. This Taco Bell is awful. They never get orders right, they aren't open late, it's slow, and they don't have everything on a typical Taco Bell menu (I.e. Chili cheese burritos). Well for years many reviewers, including myself, said that the Gardner KFC/Taco Bell should be torn down. Well..it was just renovated so my husband and I decided to give it another try. The restaurant is much nicer looking now, the bathrooms are WAY cleaner, but the service is still slow as molasses...18 minute wait for 3 taco items. Every patron waited just as long too. Maybe they still need better management and training. The food is your average Taco Bell fare. read more
