This place needs to be checked it's very disappointing for a $70+ meal. Everything was so cold and dry. The employees were so unprofessional and rude. The place was so dirty too. Tables were dirty, there was a melted shake spill sitting on the floor long enough to turn into sludge, and employees kept walking past it without cleaning it up. That's a slip-and-fall lawsuit waiting to happen for an elderly or visually impaired person. And the burger looked like it had been losing a fight under a heat lamp for hours. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I stopped to charge my car here and walked in at 6pm and it took 8 mins for someone to walk to the cashier to take my order - there was no one in front of me and only one car in the drive through. All I wanted was a shake for my drive but they didn't have it. Disappointed, but okay. Then I asked for the bathroom code and they wouldn't allow me to use the restroom because its for customers only. Like, yeah, I would've been a customer if your machine wasn't broken. "Sorry, you'll have to buy something else if you want the code." I'd rather wait until my next charging stop then give them my money at this point. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink, and ended up waiting 35 minutes for it. I ordered pickup through the app and waited inside the whole time, the place was empty the entire time. 2 cars came through the drive through and we're handled quickly. I heard one of the employees say "minimum wage minimum work" while I was waiting inside, more power to them I guess. I could tell it wasn't personal, I ordered through the app and never talked to them, I think they were just trying to be slow for the sake of being slow. When they finally called my name they forgot the drink, I waited around another 2 minutes to tell them, then after I told the woman she looked confused and grabbed her headset like she was getting an order through the drive through, then she went and played with some receipts in a blue box like she was listening. I could see the whole drive through though, it was empty, no one at the speaker and no one came in after. She then grabbed a cup and poured the drink. I got the feeling they were trying to be as slow as possible, that's their prerogative I guess, I wasn't too bothered by it but it was inconvenient. Almost every table in the place was dirty, even though it wasn't that late in the day and the place was empty. It didn't end up mattering in the end though, I originally planned on eating inside, but after waiting 35 minutes for the burger my car was done charging and I had to go so I didn't end up having to eat inside. read more

Poor attitude. Walked in on a Sunday's dinner time. While they had a long line at drive-thru, when I went in there was no line at the cashier. I went up and saw an associate busy working the coins (I think). Any person with remotely normal vision would know I'm now waiting at the cashier. He did not even glance up and just continued doing what he was doing. Came by at 10PM 5/11/2022 and the girls cleaning hide and acted like it was closed. When online it said they close at 11PM. I was charging my Tesla next to the restaurant and I saw more than 8 cars go in the drive thru within the 15min I was there. Management you want to take a look at this! Drive thru fast food. yea! sure buddy... It took nearly 30 min from when i placed my order to get my order. Aside from that when I got my order it was wrong. Even though the lady at the window reiterated "you got the #9 right?" I ended up getting a hamburger not my chicken sandwich.
